We stayed at Oryza by Koala in Goa and honestly, it felt like we were in Bali, not India! The space is stunning, every corner is so thoughtfully done, it was hard to stop taking pictures. The service was amazing too, super warm and helpful, and they even surprised us with the cutest little gift when we were leaving (such a sweet touch!). We had the best time and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely coming back soon!

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Great place to stay if you're around north goa. Place is squeaky clean and has a home like feeling. It was decided out with all furniture for a complete stay. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Sukant Homestay! Even though I planned this trip on short notice, Mandar and the caretaker were incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was ready for my stay. Mandar is a fantastic host—attentive, helpful, and always available to assist. The location is beautifully remote, offering peace and tranquility, yet it still has good mobile network connectivity. The WiFi was reliable, which made it easy for me to work remotely without any issues. As a solo traveler, safety was my top priority, and I felt completely secure throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, homecooked meals that added to the comfort of the stay. This is a beautiful Villa! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful hotel owner(Rohan) ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the Villa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The home was stunningly attractive and visually appealing. Also, the property has a homey feel to it; it provides everything from kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as cards and Monopoly for free time entertainment. They also graciously inquire if we have any needs and make the necessary arrangements, such as check-in and check-out timings. Also, the owner, Hem, is quite helpful, offering recommendations for places to visit, sharing his own experience, and following up with us to see what we needed after some time. Definitely going there again.

Great property and responsive host and service. Will recommend 10/10. Water in our taps was a little dirty for an entire day so I suggest you check with the owner regarding this but apparently its a temporary issue so I'm not deducting any stars.

The beautiful bungalow itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. It provided a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. We particularly appreciated the large windows, comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen. The private parking was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go as we pleased.
