Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Konkan Division

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible villa, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views that made every moment feel like a postcard. The villa itself was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Every detail, from the stylish decor to the top-notch amenities, was thoughtfully designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. The living spaces were incredibly comfortable, and it really did feel like a home away from home. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying the well-equipped kitchen, or simply soaking in the views from the terrace, this villa offers everything you need for a memorable stay. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a stunning setting. Thank you for such an amazing experience—I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at Orchid villa for a family trip. The villa is beautiful, with an extremely clean pool and a lot of family-friendly amenities (badminton rackets, cricket stuff, carrom board etc). With 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, elderly parents didn't need to climb the stairs at all, which I really appreciated. Beds were comfortable and big. The showers weren't the best, but everything was clean. The highlight of the trip was the meals: the caretakers also cook if requested, for a very reasonable price you can get truly excellent local cuisine! (We also ate at the very popular Sanman restaurant, and the food at the villa was 200% better for half the price.) They made us a big variety of delicious seafood and vegetarian dishes (ask for solkadhi!). Anil the caretaker was very friendly but unobstrusive, we never felt like our privacy was invaded. Akshi beach was okay, the sand isn't the nicest but it was pretty empty even on a Friday evening and not too far a walk. Would go again!

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

The villa is very well designed and has very nice aesthetics. Very neat and clean while the caretaker is also available at all time. Absolutely worth the trip!

Had a lovely and peaceful time. The house was well-equipped with amenities, had easy to read instructions pasted everywhere for easy use of equipment like microwave, geyser, water filter, etc. The surrounding area was also very well kept and peaceful. We had a great time going on night walks, enjoying the weather with friends and family.

We 5 friends had a great time in the 5 bedroom villa. The location is superb, very much out of the urban City and far from beaches, but alongside a beautiful river. It's perched on a hillock with a lovely view of the river. We could see Mopa airport in the distance from the villa. There's dense vegetation beside the property and we could hear peacock sounds, though not fortunate to see one. Lots of birds around the property. Though the food was not Goan in taste, it was good and the service was good too. This property is away from the main market and may not be suitable for couples but would be great for a large family or group of friends. Though we were 5 of us, we had a great time.

The villa was serene. It really looked exactly like the photos and nothing was out of place. The best part about it was that everything was very professionally managed and they reach out to the guests ahead of arrival, ensuring things are smooth. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional and take safety very seriously. The rooms were grand and felt like a hotel room and though it was an AirBnb, it felt like a serviced home. They even threw in breakfast on the house on our last day. Overall - the experience was fabulous. Perfect for a group of 6-7.

A very well maintained lavish villa with a swimming pool. Property owner was proactive in response. Check in was smooth. Caretaker Rinku is prompt, always available and very helpful. The place is value for money. I look forward to my revisit here. a definite recommend for group of friends, families!

Me & my family had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning villa nestled among the hills and tranquil waters of Mulshi Lake. The views were magical, the vibe peaceful, and the villa itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt like a private retreat. We loved the massive swimming pool and relaxing outdoor spaces — perfect for unwinding. Best part? They welcomed our furry friend too, and my dog had just as much fun as we did! Huge thanks to Abhishek and his amazing team for being so warm, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge in nature.

Satish is such a lovely soul.  He's definitely there to help you in any way he can. As I was going to be leaving early every morning for training, he organised a reliable rickshaw driver for pickup/drop off. Which I appreciated. Also, I had somewhat of an odd request that I asked of him (the supply of an electric kettle!), and he had it sorted the next day.  The house itself is lovely and nestled nicely at the foothills of the mountains, far from the madding crowd!  My only regret was that I wasn't there much, as I was gone most of the time.

This is really a superb 6 bhk luxury property. Everything mentioned in description and photos are to the point. Property is very well maintained by staff, superbly clean and great food. The panoramic view from the hall and swimming pool is the main attraction. The caretaker Vivek is super responsive and very polite and clear in his instructions and very quick is service. One of the great place for 6 bhk

We had an incredibly comfortable and memorable stay organised by Mr.Ajit. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean the entire place was. The bungalow offered truly stunning views that we enjoyed every day. Our host was a standout – always prompt with communication, very approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made a huge difference. The location is fantastic, combining scenic beauty with easy access to all the major attractions in Panchgani. All listed amenities were perfectly available and functional. We highly recommend this beautiful bungalow for anyone visiting the area!"

I had a wonderful stay at King’s Palace! The property is clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It's located in a nice area that feels safe and welcoming, and it's very easy to reach. One of the highlights for me was good restaurants nearby, making dining out convenient and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the place was relaxing and comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. Highly recommended!

Enclave was a wonderful bungalow for our family getaway... Amazing service, the food is AMAZING. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the layout was excellent. The service and hospitality was top notch

It’s serene and how! From the privacy to the food, the villa and the jacuzzi is the property is the place for you and your partner to pamper yourself. Mayank and team was helpful and courteous the second we stepped foot in the rooms.

The host is great and the cottage is cozy.

Nice place to stay there for few days. It should have been more clean. Very nice staff. Very diligent and respectful. Providing good service to customers. The one small issue is in the night there are lots of small insects but i believe it’s because of rain. Apart from than everything is good. Food is also very nice. We loved the pool. I will recommend this place to everyone. It’s 8.5/10

Absolutely loved the experience! We booked the same morning of the visit and Disha was super proactive in responding, helped with our queries! Her husband was sweet to let us check in earlier because we reached early! The hosts are extremely responsive and accommodative. The property was extremely clean, great staff, and very prompt! Overall, the trip was just worth it!
