Staying here truly felt like a home away from home. The house is full of character and clearly built with a lot of love and care. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful—I really appreciated how understanding and welcoming the hosts were throughout. They went out of their way to make my birthday feel special, even letting my friends join in to celebrate with me, which meant a lot. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, and their adorable pets added an extra layer of warmth to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, heartfelt stay.

We absolutely fell in love with the place. Staying in the house was an experience by itself. The grand living room embellished with numerous beautiful collectibles that the owners had got and carefully arranged over their lifetime is the highlight of this place. The house has the charm of a heritage home nestled in the middle of greenery and offering beautiful views. Shubham, the caretaker is a very warm and welcoming person and responded promptly to every query. The place provided us the perfect reset we needed. Wishing that this place built with so much love and care with all the lovely items within is preserved and taken care of for many many more years!

Yash's Airbnb truly delivered on comfort and hospitality! It was a wonderfully nice and cozy space that genuinely made us feel at home. The location was excellent, with plenty of good restaurants around rather Yash recommended few before our arrival only .We were particularly impressed by the warmth of the host, who was incredibly friendly and the caretaker who was simply amazing and always ready to lend a helping hand. A perfect stay! Highly Recommended.

The property is well maintained . It has amazing view of the Pawna lake and Sunset view is amazing. Pool although small but nice and clean and the Jauccuzi as well was great. Location is perfect and very well connected with Pune. Roads are good all through out and we had no difficulty in finding this place. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

We had a great time at Shangri-la. The house is beautifully done. It is exactly as described in the pictures. The host was there to receive us and get us settled. They stayed in a separate section with a separate access. They were always available for any kind of help. We had a great time chatting with them about the house and its surroundings. The pool is fantastic and its waterfall feature was quite fun. The food blew our minds over though! Sunanda tai cooked delicious meals one after the other till the point where we had to tell them to reduce the number of items! Our four dogs had a great time in the lawn and just chilling around. The hosts and the caretakers were very cool with our dogs, which is incredible. Overall, a great stay for a weekend. I will definitely recommend this to families with kids, seniors and pets. A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

The check-in process was smooth, and the place was exactly as described, clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect…quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the major attractions and conveniences. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nice place to relax. Rooms are big and each room is having a spacious bathroom with a bath tub with a additional Jacuzzi. ideal for a staycation or even a corporate get-together.

A very well maintained place. A little tricky to find, however, the caretakers are very helpful with instructions. Would have loved it even more if there was a small gas stove just to whip up something real quick. Views are amazing from any room in the house and being an avid reader myself, I felt the books added a homey touch.

Our stay here was a unique and refreshing experience! The property is tucked away in a peaceful, secluded area that gives off total farm-village vibes—expect to be greeted by friendly dogs, cats, and even roosters. It’s a great escape from city life, and the beach is just a short walk away, which was a big plus. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the house itself had decent amenities—perfect for a group of friends looking to unwind. That said, getting there can be a bit tricky. The access road isn’t the best and you have to pass through a ground, which made it a bit difficult to find the place initially. Food delivery through Swiggy or Zomato was also a challenge since most delivery folks had trouble locating the address. Also, the road lacks street lighting in some parts, so venturing out at night isn’t recommended. Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful time and would definitely book this place again.

We stayed there for 3 nights, I must say it's worth of your money. From all my bnb experiences, this property is well maintained, rooms,washrooms,kitchen are neat and clean. She has got her staff so gentle n dedicated towards their duty, jotiba kaka n his wife are above n beyond in prociding service. It offers a magnificent view of mountain. Location wise, its near to market n other points. Best part is the locality is calm n perfect to relax. Hope she maintains the property as it is.

We had a relaxing and pleasant stay. Jyoti was extremely helpful, coordinating with us from arrival to check-in and any assistance needed with the caretaker. The rooms were very clean, and the garden areas in the front and back were beautiful with various plantations. The Smart TV with Wi-Fi was a nice touch for relaxing evenings. The beach is just a short walk away, which was super convenient, especially with our 2-year-old who loved playing there. The caretaker prepared delicious, home-style meals with a variety of fish and chicken dishes we requested—truly lip-smacking! A couple of suggestions for improvement: bathroom lighting could be brighter with additional bulbs, and the water pressure in the jet spray and overhead shower was quite low. Overall, a wonderful experience that we’d definitely recommend and would love to visit again!

We were 5 friends who booked this property last minute. It's definitely worth it for the view and location! The space is huge and can easily accommodate 7-8 people. From the lawn to the kitchen, house has been maintained very well and far exceeds your expectations. Host was helpful for giving food recommendations and contacts and reachable all the time. One suggestion would be to have a Cook at the property to make fresh food because once you step in you wouldn't wanna leave the property, but it's still manageable. :) Without any second thoughts will definitely come back.
