House vacation rentals in Konkan Division

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Great place to stay if you're around north goa. Place is squeaky clean and has a home like feeling. It was decided out with all furniture for a complete stay. Highly recommended.

The villa was serene. It really looked exactly like the photos and nothing was out of place. The best part about it was that everything was very professionally managed and they reach out to the guests ahead of arrival, ensuring things are smooth. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional and take safety very seriously. The rooms were grand and felt like a hotel room and though it was an AirBnb, it felt like a serviced home. They even threw in breakfast on the house on our last day. Overall - the experience was fabulous. Perfect for a group of 6-7.

Our 2-day stay at this Airbnb in Lonavala was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—peaceful yet easily accessible, offering breathtaking views and a refreshing escape from city life. The private pool was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The entire property was impeccably tidy, with great attention to cleanliness and comfort. A special shoutout to the caretaker for being extremely helpful and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. And most importantly, Anita, our host, has set the bar way too high for me to book any other property! Her hospitality, attention to detail, and responsiveness made this experience truly exceptional. The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Panchgani! The property was spacious and very comfortable, providing ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy. What truly made our trip special were the fantastic helpers. They were incredibly nice, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really made a difference. We highly recommend this villa for a family getaway and would love to return!

We had a very nice stay. The place is located in a residential area, with a great pool and very quite. The pros for this in my opinion is the respect for ones privacy and tranquility of the location. The house is very spacious, each room has a private shower and toilet so you could easily stay with friends. The pool was beautiful and just outside the house. Main plus in my opinion. You can drive with a scooter to nice restaurants in the area, just keep in mind that a car/scooter/taxi is mandatory to get around. Overall we had a nice calm stay, and Revati was communicative when needed.

It's the perfect place for stay with good ambience and good people to take care of you. Place is very neat precisely crystal clean. Good food is provided by the family of the care taker. You will feel as at home rather better than.

I had a wonderful experience at Sukant Homestay! Even though I planned this trip on short notice, Mandar and the caretaker were incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was ready for my stay. Mandar is a fantastic host—attentive, helpful, and always available to assist. The location is beautifully remote, offering peace and tranquility, yet it still has good mobile network connectivity. The WiFi was reliable, which made it easy for me to work remotely without any issues. As a solo traveler, safety was my top priority, and I felt completely secure throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, homecooked meals that added to the comfort of the stay. Whether you’re looking for a work-from-nature experience or just a quiet getaway, this place is perfect. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The interior design is stylish and thoughtfully done, creating a welcoming and comfortable ambiance. Cleanliness was top-notch, and we really appreciated how well-maintained everything was. The rooftop area was a standout feature the sitting arrangement and bar counter added a luxurious touch. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top clean, functional, and very relaxing! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made our experience even smoother. This is a beautiful Villa! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful hotel owner(Rohan) ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the Villa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The home was stunningly attractive and visually appealing. Also, the property has a homey feel to it; it provides everything from kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as cards and Monopoly for free time entertainment. They also graciously inquire if we have any needs and make the necessary arrangements, such as check-in and check-out timings. Also, the owner, Hem, is quite helpful, offering recommendations for places to visit, sharing his own experience, and following up with us to see what we needed after some time. Definitely going there again.

Great property and responsive host and service. Will recommend 10/10. Water in our taps was a little dirty for an entire day so I suggest you check with the owner regarding this but apparently its a temporary issue so I'm not deducting any stars.

Place was quiet good and enjoyed my stay. Also their hospitality was pretty good.

The beautiful bungalow itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. It provided a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. We particularly appreciated the large windows, comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen. The private parking was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go as we pleased.

We had a wonderful stay! Chiplun is our native place, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a beautifully designed and well-maintained home nearby. The cleanliness of the property was truly impressive, and the thoughtful design made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The important thing was the stay is pet friendly.. my pet - Bagheera enjoyed the stay and was free to roam the entire property. Thank you for providing such a relaxing and memorable experience will surely recommend others and will visit next time!
