The property is located in a quiet location in a local settlement on the southern Elbe slope. Right next to the house is the forest, where you can start your hikes. The train station is only 10 minutes away. From there you can reach Dresden in 45 minutes (every half hour) or and also to the further upper Elbe Valley. A supermarket is within walking distance in 15 minutes.
