As a base for sightseeing in Azumino, Hakuba, and Kamikochi, you can enjoy a comfortable stay for one night or for extended periods. Access to Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama-Kurobe is also good, making it suitable for group trips, family trips, and long-term stays.With a washing machine and bathroom dryer, it's comfortable for extended stays. You can also get here by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. Free pick-up and drop-off are available at Shinano-Matsukawa Station and Akashina Station.Other transportation and sightseeing transfers are available for 2,000 to 8,000 yen (both ways) depending on the distance, for trips within 2 hours one way.For groups of 5 or more, please consult in advance as we can arrange a rental car. You can also go to Karuizawa, Mt. Nobe, and Kiyosato in about an hour by car, so you can climb Mt. Yatsugatake and trek to Myogi Arashina Saku Kogen Quasi-National Park. A rice-growing area comparable to Niigata, and thirteen breweries of local sake made with water from Chikuma that flows from Yatsugatake and Mt. It is in a good location within walking distance of the popular outlet mall, Kyukaruizawa Ginza, and Unba Pond, and you can also enjoy the beautiful nature unique to Karuizawa. It is very convenient, with a convenience store, supermarket, and delicious restaurants nearby. You can spend a spacious time renting one building, and it is equipped with a kitchen, furniture, and appliances necessary for daily life, so you can stay with your family and friends as if you were living in Karuizawa. Small children are also welcome. We keep the rooms clean and use a professional cleaning service for the towels and linens so that guests can feel at ease. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example.
