The cottage is located in Wartów, which is part of the summer village of Kołczewo in Zachodniopomorskie, the municipality of Wolin, near the largest lake of the island - Koprowo. The area has excellent conditions for hiking, biking, and fishing trips, and for beach lovers there is a beautiful strip of the Baltic coastline.
