Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Beautiful house located on the beach. There are several cafes on the beach. Located nearby are a basketball and volleyball court (200 m from the house). There is a supermarket 100 m from the house. Near the house there is a restaurant offering daily cheap menus (lunch for approximately 4-5e). The town of Novalja is about 1.5 km from the house and the popular Zrće beach is about 1 km from the house. Near the house there is a bus, but we can offer transportation if needed.

Our family apartment is quiet yet centrally located in Gajac, a charming coastal town near Novalja. Only 100 meters from the crystal clear sea. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and cafes. The city of Novalja is 3 km away, where you have many more shops and restaurants. No parties are allowed in the apartment.
