Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Koksijde

Très chouette villa ultra spacieuse (encore plus que sur les photos). La salle de jeu est un vrai deuxième salon avec vue sur le jardin (pas du tout isolé) ce qui est trés appréciable avec des petits et ados. La maison est par ailleurs super bien équipée pour les plus petits ce qui est rare (mise a disposition de lits bébés, chaises hautes, petits pots, vaisselle et jeux adaptés etc...). Ideal donc pour des vacances en famille. La piscine était vraiment chauffée : nous avons pu nous baigner (début mai) alors que la température extérieure était assez basse. Malgré la localisation de la maison sur un rond point, l'environnement est ultra calme, aucun bruit de circulation que ce soit dans le jardin ou les chambres. Rien à redire sur la literie. La plage est accessible à pied sans aucun problème (même avec des petits enfants). Très bons contacts avec Astrid. Bref, vivement recommandé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Steven. Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants. Sa villa était magnifique, décorée avec goût, il y avait de nombreux jeux pour enfants. Nous étions à 2 rues de la mer, c'était une belle découverte, nous reviendrons ! :) Merci encore pour tout

Beautiful home in an ideal location, walkable to Cloth Hall, Menin Gate, and many shops and restaurants. Private garden in back is a perfect place to sit at the end of the day. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Highly recommended place to stay! One note: interior steps are steep and may be difficult for elderly guests.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Das Zentrum ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Geschäfte wie Bäcker und Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Der Whirlpool war für uns und die Kinder ein absolutes Highlight. Lediglich das Geschirr sowie einige Gläser könnten einmal erneuert werden, allerdings alles zeitgemäß und funktional. Immer wieder gern bei Dorothy die auch mit Local Tipps unterstützt hat und jederzeit erreichbar für uns war.

Un vrai petit bijoux à la campagne pour qui cherche du calme et de la détente... Dans un environnement vert et paisible tout en étant proche des points d'intérêts de la région, le logement est aussi bien situé que charmant que bien équipé... comme ce SPA tout simplement fantastique ! Enfin, Cathy et son mari son tout simplement adorables et disponibles... alors forcément je vous recommande cet hebergement sans hésitation !

Our stay was just a couple of nights, a very restful couple of nights. The huge bed in the loft made us feel like kids at a sleepover again. Very comfortable bed. The place was just as described and Vanessa gave us a great list of places and things to do in the area. We absolutely recommend a stay here when in Dunkirk.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely house in Bredene. The home was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were super comfy, and all the facilities were top-notch and well-maintained. The location was also ideal: peaceful yet conveniently close to shops, the beach, and local attractions. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped home away from home!

Geweldig huis op een korte afstand van Oostduinkerke, Koksijde en de andere kustgemeenten en toch rustig. De host gaf snel antwoord in geval van vragen. Het enige jammere was dat we er niet langer konden blijven.

We had a great time at this spacious home in De Haan as a couple with a 15 month old. An was a great host and provided a high chair and lots of toys and a playmat for our son. He had the best time playing with all the new toys, especially the ride on airplane and farm trailer. It was great having use of the hot tub while he had his naps. The kitchen was well equipped and having two tables meant we were able to do a puzzle on one and have our meals at the other. Not having the use of all the bedrooms isn't something I've come across before with Airbnb, but being in the same room worked fine for us. The room was spacious, An provided a cot, our bed was comfortable and it had shutters making it completely dark. The bathroom wasn't pictured and it took us a little by surprise due to the rest of the house having such a modern feel, but it was still functional with two sinks and a bath with a shower attachment. Would definitely book this home again if we're ever back in De Haan!

Tolles Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt - hatten ein sehr schönes langes Wochenende! Hinweis: Es sind nur 5 echte Schlafzimmer, eines ist im Flur hinter oben offe en Schwingtüren.

Vielen Dank an Annelies, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem schönen Anwesen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten! Super Lage, volle Ausstattung und eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin die uns bei Fragen schnell und unkompliziert zur Seite stand. Definitiv eine klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben ein wundervolles Wochenende mit unserer Volleyballmannschaft in Patricks Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Fotos und ist optimal um Aktivitäten im und ums Haus herum, sowie am nahe gelegenen Strand zu unternehmen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch, wie zuvorkommend sich von Gastgeberseite aus um die Gäste gekümmert wird. Über Willkommensgeschenke, einer detaillierten Führung durch die Unterkunft per Telefon bis zu dem Angebot bis 17 Uhr statt bis 11 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben zu können (da das wlan durch den Netzwerkanbieter ausgefallen war). Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt!

es ist ein unglaublich großes und modern eingerichtetes ferienhaus mit weitblick in die Felder! auch wenn man mit 23 Personen in dem Haus ist, hat jeder seine Rückzugszone! wir haben vier Mal mit 23 Personen abends gekocht und es hat immer funktioniert, weil die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet ist. die Betten sind wie in einem Hotel, 1a. schade ist dass das siebenbettzimmer kein eigenes Bad hat. vielen lieben Dank!

Wondermooie vakantiewoning! In de woning is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een zalige vakantie- inclusief prachtige tuin met zalige hottub! Ook de communicatie met Charlotte verliep zó vlot! Wij zijn heeel erg fan en komen zeker nog terug!

De perfecte vakantiewoning om met de ganse familie een vakantie door te brengen: mooie woning, alle voorzieningen inclusief pool- en pingpongtafel, yacuzzi, bbq en haardvuur. Strand op wandelafstand via mooi wandelpad. Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke host. Aanrader!
