Apartment vacation rentals in Koksijde

We were here for a short trip over the weekend and it fit perfectly as it offered everything we needed for this short time. Just 2 minutes from the beach, offers the possibility to have nice walks. Information was always provided and anything else was prompt answered. Parking is possible near the place, but depending on the time of the year, you may have to pay for it.

My husband and I spent 9 nights there. The apartment has a great location. Bakeries, butchers, a supermarket, restaurants, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It is also only a few minutes' walk to the tram and the beach. The parking space for the car is only once around the corner and is visible from the apartment. Check-in was via key box, which was very pleasant. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor and is accessible via stairs or the elevator. It was very clean, super equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The open kitchen/living room is spacious and the two bedrooms are at the back, away from the street. The contact with Francois and Ewelina was easy and friendly. We would book again.

Very nice brand new apartment. Very nice location with a very soothing sea view. Very bright apartment with two very nice terraces. I was unlucky on the cleaning side because the windows - the railings and outdoor furniture had not been cleaned when bright sunshine was forecast. The coffee machine had not been cleaned either. This is the only downside of my stay. Shops are within easy walking distance. However, there is no direct access to the seawall. In conclusion, very pleasant stay, with magnificent views of the sunsets in a comfortable apartment. Recommended.

Very functional and clean accommodation with all the necessities. Close to the center and all amenities. Geert is very thorough in his explanations and very accommodating for check-in and check-out. Everything was perfect.

Had a very nice stay by the sea in this apartment on the sea dyke. Magnificent frontal sea view and apartment beautiful & practically furnished. Ideally located with everything close at hand. Kaat was very helpful and responsive. Check-in and checkout arranged very smoothly.

Even though we only stayed one night, we felt right at home in Ellen's apartment, the atmosphere is cozy and soothing - everything is planned for a relaxing stay. In addition, Ellen did us a huge favor that saved our vacation - don't hesitate, it's a good place!!

Beautiful apartment. It is located on a quiet street, close to the sea and shops. 2 very well exposed terraces. Parking and bike shed, very convenient. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a wonderful short vacation with Charlotte's apartment. Together with the grandparents and our two children, we had enough space. The apartment has everything that was needed and was well equipped. The direct location to the sea and the availability of baker, butcher, pharmacy and supermarket was ideal! Beautiful recently renovated apartment. Really everything is available. The view from the living room is phenomenal.

A tastefully furnished and decorated luxury apartment, in a quiet residence and in perfect condition of maintenance. The 32nd floor with two terraces gives you breathtaking views. The sun is there from morning to night. One side sea and the other side of town for breakfasts in the sun and aperitifs in the evening on the sea side, a treat. Linens are provided, up to the combo and slipper, for the shower or hot tub exit. The instructions before departure and arrival were very clear, thank you to Patricia for her warm welcome, discretion and instructions. We had a great weekend with the nice weather. I recommend it. Only downside, will be missing a parking space because be careful, parking on Ostend is very expensive. Thank you again. Christophe.

We came to Marie Hélène's to accompany our little one to the soccer tournament in Dunkirk this weekend! Ideal and very heavenly place for rest and resources! We enjoyed spending time on the terrace with the little sun we had! A superb 5 star apartment furnished and kitted out to a very high standard. So comfortable and very quiet with easy access for parking. Would love to stay again when we are next in that area in Belgium and hopefully use the outside space which looked delightful when the weather is better,

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.

Incredible views from the apartment, the place is very well located, clean, stylish and has everything needed. We only found it a little challenging with the baby pushchair due to a tiny elevator and narrow staircase. Otherwise It exceeds expectations and is just great. We would love to come back one day.

Ideally located between the city center of Dunkirk and the beach of Malo les Bains, the accommodation was spacious, quiet, clean and well-equipped. In addition, our host was available, responsive, welcoming and attentive to our needs. Perfect for exploring the area. Very nice stay.
