Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Rural location in a village square next to a church (bell rings every half hour). The house is fully at your disposal with its own entrance. You will not be bothered by us, we live next to the house. The house features a living room with built-in kitchen, stairs to the upper floor where there is a bedroom. Next to the living room, there is a toilet and bathroom with shower. Welcome to the "Aperol & Parasol" studio located 200 m from the dike in Koksijde/Sint-Idesbald! Ideal for a romantic getaway, the studio is available for a minimum of 2 nights off-season and a minimum of 4 nights in high season. Perfectly equipped, with a side sea view terrace... ideal for enjoying the charms of the Belgian coast! We also have 2 bikes available :) For the rest, the photos speak for themselves! Bathroom with spacious shower. Kitchen with cooking hob, fridge, free Nespresso coffee and tea. Wi-Fi. The dike is about fifty meters from the studio. A maximum of 3 adults is allowed. I work with a key box. I do not offer any extra services. No TV.
