Chocla- dort is een kleinschalige bed en breakfast. U logeert bij ons thuis, maar toch in een afgescheiden deel van onze woning. U hebt een eigen ingang, een zitruimte met kitchenette op het gelijkvloers. Op de eerste verdieping hebt u een ruime slaapkamer ( 2 tot 6 personen) en badkamer met douche/ toilet/ lavabo. We werken rond het thema chocolade, een typisch belgisch product. We laten u dan ook graag proeven van de heerlijke chocolade van de beste chocolatier van België. U krijgt een uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt met streekproducten. In het dorp vindt u heel wat supermarkten en restaurants. Het Hof van Eden is gelegen in de polders, Veurne (Zoutenaaie) , er zijn verschillende fiets routes, 8 km van Oostduinkerke,ter plaatse restaurant.. waar men avondeten kan verkrijgen aan 29.00 euro voor de menu en 14.00 euro kindermenu, verschillende specialiteiten zoals zeevruchtenschotel , bouillabaise. Op aanvraag voorzien wij een ontbijtmand. We houden van kunst, in de tuin vind je twee Street-art betonelementen en we beschikken over een kleine keramiekstudio. Gratis fietsen!

Als je bij ons logeert, kom je terecht in de bovenste verdieping van een oude burgemeesterwoning met een grote stadstuin (ook trampoline en speelhuisje) tot jullie beschikking. Op het gelijkvloers heb je ons restaurant. In het appartement beschik je over 2 badkamers, een grote open keuken, eethoek die uitkijkt op de tuin. De 3 slaapkamers bieden ruimte voor 8 mensen. We liggen in het historisch hartje van Ieper, op 5 min stappen van de markt en ook van het bus-en treinstation.

Dans le haut de France à Dunkerque sur la commune de Leffrinckoucke, jolie maison de 250m2 avec jardin que vous partagerez avec nous et notre petit chien. Bienvenue chez nous soleil ou pluie vous serez obligé de venir plusieurs fois il y a tant de choses à faire la liste est trop longue ! Nous sommes discrets tout en restant à votre écoute. Votre chambre de 30m2 située au 1er étage dispose d'un salon, salle de bain et télévision. Le petit déjeuner est en supplément .

Nous habitons une fermette entourée d’un écrin de verdure de presque 2 hectares. Le logement possède un accès indépendant. Nous possédons des animaux : ânes, poney, cheval, chèvres, chats ... Belles balades aux alentours, à pied ou à vélo. * Bergues (1,3km), jolie ville fortifiée typique, restaurants, commerces, (marché le lundi)... * Dunkerque (8km) * Malo-les-bains et ses belles plages de sable fin (8km) * Cassel, village préféré des français élu en 2018 (25 km)

Near Bergues, nice modern house

Comfortable house to share with owner and young breton spaniel and a lovely little cat who stay in separate wing of the house! Equipped with baby bed and baby chair at no extra cost! As I can host up to 7 guests (and one baby) of course it is not in the same bedroom, 4 in total with either double beds, twin beds or single bed! All combinations are possible. But I repeat it is not house only for guests I live there too!!
