We had a great time at Naveen's place. The house looks exactly like it does on the pictures, very tidy and lovely equipped with everything you need. The place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome restaurants and the beach. Naveen was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at this property. The rooms are newly constructed, impeccably clean, and had a fresh, welcoming vibe. I think this is the best place you can stay in whole kannur. With beautiful view of sea from the 19th floor balcony. The house was in peacful community even market area was close too. Raj is the fabulous caretaker, he will comfort you just like home and help in everything you need. The society has swimming pool also if you feel lazy enough to go beach😅. We stayed for three days . It was very pleasing experience. We felt just like home. Nisha Madam was always there to help us in each and every need. We would definitely like to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at the property. The host was interestingly very proactive with whatever we wanted in terms of amneties, travel arrangements as well as the suggestions we needed in terms of places to visit as we were only there for a couple of days. The property was at a good location with all the restaurants and city visits nearby. The amneties were also provided and we wanted some mattresses and blankets for us as we were a bit more people than the beds could occupy, but that was also very responsively arranged by the host. Most importantly, the travel arrangements in and around coorg was all arranged by the host himself, including local sightseeing, and other famous tourist spots. We also were having some difficulty in arranging our travel from manglore to coorg and back which on asking was greatly arranged by the host. It felt like we just need to contact him and he'll arrange for us. That's a good place to stay in. A sure sort recommendation to stay if you are in here.

Beautiful property. Great hosts. Stayed here for 3 days with the whole family. Ended up having a great time. The place was squeaky clean and had a lot of greenery around. City center is a kilometre away so easy to get things.

Place looks exactly like in photos. We loved the house and the surroundings. Caretaker family stays close by and are very helpful. They keep the house clean.

This place it's worth its name. Truly a hidden gem. The host was very responsive and made us feel at home. The property is very beautiful, what I liked the most is it's cleanliness and amenities. The surrounding is also very beautiful and serene. Me and my husband went with our pet and this place being pet friendly was a plus. Points to note if you wish to stay here: 1. This is within the city so most of the tourist attractions are nearby 2. Zomato and Swiggy is also available here. 3. In case you wish to go out for food, there are a lot of great places to eat and the host is also helpful with the recommendations. 4. If you bring along a pet, you can walk your pet outside this property, and there are 3-4 very cute friendly street dogs living near the property. (Although, our dog isn't very friendly with stranger dogs therefore, we requested the host to keep the dogs inside while we walk ours, and he did whch helped us a lot)

The place was excellent and we loved our stay. The hosts were both responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to make dinner for us even though it was late. They recommended places to visit and made awesome breakfast. The place itself is huge and well done. We enjoyed our stay and totally recommend you book it for your getaway.

What made the experience even more special was the warm hospitality of the host, Deepak. He’s an absolute delight — kind, attentive, and always ready with a smile. The house is spotlessly clean both inside and out. The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and neatly maintained. Every little detail is taken care of from toiletries and hot water to clean towels. The food deserves a special mention every meal was lovingly prepared by Deepak’s mother, and it truly felt like home-cooked heaven. Each bite was a testament to authentic Coorgi flavors and warmth. The Perch is a perfect escape to serenity.

Nothing matches the beautiful river view, the hosts are welcoming and easy going. Homely cooked food is added advantage.

Ruman is great host room is clean 1st bed room is small and other 2 bed rooms are good inhalf for a family hall and kitchen is very specious. Only recommendations is to improve water speed in bathrooms

Latheef's friend Jithesh helped us during check in and guided us thru out the stay for food and places to visit in kannur. Good thing about this property is its location (near to all must visit places in kannur) and day starts with sunrise view from balcony. highly recommend this property and host for family stay.

we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks
