It was a wonderful stay Nilaavu. It felt like our own home the moment we entered the property. The house is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing environment. It's spacious, with a well-furnished living room and all rooms having attached bathrooms. Two of the rooms are air-conditioned, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed. There's also ample parking space. My family, especially the kids, truly enjoyed the stay—it was a memorable experience for all of us.

Highly recommended, feels like a friend's place. Charan's family are very supportive and helpful in every manner that they can. Home food was lovely tasty and homely. A beautiful family hosting a beautiful place for their guests. The owner Imran was a very responsive and friendly host. We had a great time at his place. He also recommended local guidance and took care of whatever was required. All in all, we would rate it 10/10.

After spending 4 days at Bharath's place, I can only think of good things to say. The location is excellent if you're looking for a quiet, scenic getaway. The home overlooks coffee plantations and also forests on a hill - there is greenery everywhere! The property itself is a home with beautifully maintained flowers and other plants. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. There is an attached kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, and basic utensils - enough to make quick meals but nothing elaborate. The bathroom is clean and we had no trouble getting hot water. The beds are comfortable. Can't really ask for more. Spots such as the Irpu Falls and Nagarhole NP are nearby. Importantly, Bharath and his family are wonderful people, and made us feel right at home. As long as you have the expectation that this is not a commercial venture and you're staying in someone's home, you are sure to have a very peaceful and relaxing trip to Coorg when staying here.

visited Coorg with family and luckily found this amazing homestay. This place is situated away from the city crowd, up in the hills, amid peaceful forest. The place is super clean and hygienic. The host is very proactive and helpful in every way. They were in constant contact till we reached. After that they were ready with everything before asking. They also helped us in exploring nearby places. Coming to the food, it was too good!! Home cooked food. Felt like home. No complaints at all. Recommendation: Plan to visit for 2-3 days at least.

It was a wonderful stay at Mr Ganapathi's homestay. We actually moved in to hus homestay from another place, where we had a very bad experience. But Mr and Mrs Ganapathi not only made us feel at home but their property is also very good. We stayed in one of the bungalows which had enough open space where our pet could freely toqm around. Infact they also allowed our pet to roam around in their garden as well. They are a very good host with a great property, we have no complaints with our 4 day stay in this homestay, and I would love to visit this place again if I ever come to Madikeri.

It was a great experience to stay in a tree house. It was my first time and I am not gonna get over this beautiful feeling of staying here anytime soon. There is calm river flowing right in front of the tree house. There is a beautiful farm where you can take a stroll and explore the various vegetation the family is taking care of. Mahima helped me set up a beautiful candle light dinner which definitely helped me to have one of the most beautiful experiences so far. Highly recommended. Please go and enjoy the hospitality.

Gokul’s home stay was cozy and at home experience with home cooked food. It has a beautiful flower garden around it in the middle of a forest. Thank you Gokul and his family for making the stay more comfortable and pleasant experience.

Perfect place for bachelors to hangout and for people who are traveling to visit the nagarhole tiger reserve. it's a 5 min off road drive to reach the place from the main road. The caretaker knows the surroundings well. It has a decent pool for 5 people to chill around.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just perfect — the setting, the view, and especially the pool, which was definitely the highlight for us. Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. A beautiful stay in a beautiful place — would definitely recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Pavayal Resort. The food was delicious and had a comforting, homely touch. We were lucky to have the entire property to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. A special thanks to Mr. Ranjith and Mr. Mohan, the property managers, for their warm hospitality and prompt assistance throughout our stay. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing getaway — highly recommended!

If you're a nature lover then this place is perfect! Our stay was everything that we thought it would be - we walked around the jungle and spent a lot of time in the water stream! Some things to know before you visit: 1. Important to carry an insect repellant since it's in the middle of a forest 2. It's a 20 min drive from Peravoor, most resturants are located here. Since the cabin is quite remote, you would need to visit Peravoor for meals. Plan accordingly! 3. MOST IMPORTANT - The water stream is a one of a kind experience, do not miss spending time in it :)

This place has its beauty of it's own, the birds singing in the morning, the lush green garden and landscapes and most importantly the hospitality by Arun Sir was the best. Also, our best buddies Lucy and Happy made our stay outstanding.

We had the honor to meet a great couple, who hosted us like family. We enjoyed Shoba's cooking thoroughly and Sahil's great stories and heart to heart conversation kept us engaged and entertained throughout our stay. Extremely warm people and very hospitable hosts. The property was beautiful and we made the most of the river to go canoeing everyday. We strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for some quiet time in nature and away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Shree has been an amazing host. Right from giving the instructions to reach the place to giving guidance on what to visit and when to visit he was amazing. Soft and well spoken, Shree has been very helpful. The food was amazing and very delicious. Got to taste some authentic Coorgi cuisine.

Had a wonderful stay at this property nestled in the heart of a coffee plantation—perfect for nature lovers. We visited during the monsoon, and the lush greenery made the experience even more magical. The atmosphere was serene, with only the soothing sounds of nature around. Sachin was incredibly responsive and always ready to help, and the caretakers were attentive and available around the clock. Truly grateful for the hospitality. Highly recommended!

The stay was really peaceful surrounded by greenery and they also had their pet dovs and cats which we really enjoyed hanging around. The host really helped us with all the local recommendations as well! Must visit once

It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy with family. The host's family stay in the ground floor and werè very warm and accomodative with our requests since we were with an infant. If you plan to visit Shravanabelagola, Halebeedu, Belur etc, or just need a pitstop before you head to Chikmanglur or Sakleshpur, this is an absolute best choice. This stay is closer to all these locations and very serene. Within a few meters from the house, you can find the hemavathi river, where one can spend some leisure time. Overall, it's a great place with responsive caretaker, where you can feel at home and enjoy your vacation. Just one con was that they did not provide home cooked food due to the cook being unavailable. Not sure if this was a one off case.

The beautiful mornings here, the amazing conversations with our friendly host, Prashanth, and the scrumptious breakfasts keep reckoning us to come back. The way the place has been restored to provide modern amenities while keeping the heritage and old world charm of the place intact is commendable. But, what really takes the stay experience at Nakoor Volkot to the next level are the conversations with Prashanth! His insights into the local demographics and recommendations really helped shape our trip very beautifully. The hospitality and warmth that we experienced here was one of a kind!
