Vacation rentals with a sauna in Kochel

Thank you for the great time. We felt very comfortable. The children loved the animals very much! The outdoor area was also great for the kids. Another highlight is the extra-large family bed! Everything was just great! I'm sure we'll come again :-)

Dream place, with so many flowers and plants!

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We got many and good tips for things to do in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is in a quiet neighborhood that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

Great apartment with wonderful mountain views. We liked using the sauna and steam room in the basement. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A coffee maker would have been great. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about.

Super clean and well-appointed half house. Everything is available, what is needed. Absolutely quiet location and everything easily accessible. The surroundings offer everything your heart desires for hiking. After a heavy shower, the use of the sauna was great. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is super nice. Luisa and Georg responded very quickly to questions. The location for many beautiful hikes is great. We can highly recommend the apartment.

We had a great time at Marion's place. The location is great for excursions, especially by train, which is only a few meters walk away. In the accommodation itself there is everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean. Marion was also a super hostess and always responded quickly to inquiries. We will be back! :)

The apartment Südwind of Tina and family, is a wonderful, beautiful spot on earth. The view of the great peaks from the balcony, such as Alpspitze, Großer Waxenstein and Zugspitze is an absolute dream, 🤩 with a coffee in hand, the first rays of sunshine shining on the summit crosses, simply absolutely perfect. Tina and her husband are two kind-hearted friendly hosts and it is an absolutely recommendable stay with them ❤️ See you next year at the latest for ZUT2026🙌

We absolutely loved our stay with Alex and Brooke. The Airbnb is tucked away in a relatively remote spot, which gave us peaceful mountain views and quiet atmosphere that we were looking for in a weekend getaway. At the same time, it was super convenient to get groceries and breakfast supplies, thanks to Alex providing us with a list of items we could pre-order through him — everything from fresh bakery goods to general groceries. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the garden sauna. It had a stunning view, and everything was thoughtfully arranged — we were even provided with a little basket containing robes and towels, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy and relaxing. They also put together a great list of recommended hiking routes, which we really appreciated, even though it was a bit too chilly for us to head out on the trails this time. But we can definitely recommend a visit to the nearby Aqua Dome!

Our short break in Claudia's apartment was highly recommended! Nice and quiet, big enough for two people and the apartment's amenities were great. In particular, the view of the mountains was wonderful. We also liked to use the pool and sauna. Sights, hikes and restaurants were within easy reach. We would come back :)

Alexander is the perfect host, very kind flexible and friendly. The apartment is a dream in the middle of the green landascape, beautiful house filled with all you can need and super accurate taste. Super recommended! 😍🙏🏻

Very nice place to stay, extremely central but a little off the beaten track. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with an open fireplace. Kitchen perfectly furnished. Nothing to be desired. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Perfect!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. We had a lovely time at Helmut & Paula's vacation home. The place was well equipped & very spacious. Communication about our stay was always super fast & very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! The location is ideally suited for hikes from the house. We come back to everyday life
