Amazing, Friendly and responsive hosts!! The place was perfect if you need to stay a little away but not too far from downtown Gatlinburg!

Adam’s place was exactly as described. The place was spotless, the furniture was comfortable and the decor was perfect. A/C was cold, water was hot. I have zero complaints. Lots of little touches that made you feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again for a night or for a month you will not be disappointed.

Susan had a wonderful place for us to stay! She was responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very clean and nicely put together.

My husband and I have stayed at numerous Airbnbs, and Donna's is the best-appointed place we've ever encountered. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities everywhere you look. The backyard is beautiful and safe for pups with the full fence. We saw cute bunnies every day and glowing fireflies in the evenings. Inside, the king bed has built-in outlets for charging your devices, there's plenty of drawer and closet space, and even two luggage racks for suitcases. The shower is fantastic, as is the dining, kitchen and living space. We wanted for nothing, and Donna was always friendly and available without being intrusive. She could give a masterclass on hosting!

Without a doubt, my favorite AirBNB to date. It is exactly the type of place I would love to call home, and Barb and Greg were just the most accommodating hosts. We had plans to get out and spend most of our time looking for things to do, but ended up spending so much time at the apartment, because the farm is idyllic and being there, reading a book that Barb supplied, was exactly what I needed. There was not one thing that we lacked during our stay. Barb has thought of everything, including snacks, teas, essential out diffuser (my fav), and a well equipped kitchen. If you love nature, wildlife, and gorgeous landscape, this is the place for you. Finding new friends, in Barb, Greg and Tucker were an added bonus. Thank you for a STELLAR stay!

So I must say for our first visit to Tennessee this was a great first impression. The place was spot on with the pictures. It is kept up very well. Location, location, location. The cabin is in the perfect location for all of the attractions in the area. Close enough to everything, but far enough away as to not get caught up in the tourist traffic. If you are looking for peace and tranquility in a quaint location with gorgeous views this is the place to be.

Enjoyed staying here for second year in a row. We stayed as two couples, but there is a third bedroom. Above all very clean and nice. Hosts are super! Neighborhood is quiet. Great porch, we didn’t have time to use this time but lovely suburban backyard. Easy in and out of neighborhood. Close proximity to shopping and dining. The driveway is steep in the car, but level getting in and out so was perfect for my mom. One of the parking spots is covered. Split level with lots of living space to gather. Comfortable bed. Good closet space for hanging clothes. All’s taken care of for you. Feels right at home.

This property is a lovely home with all kinds of amenities. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Loved having off-street parking. Host was super responsive both before booking to answer questions, and during our stay. Would highly recommend. The neighborhood is a little spotty and there’s construction nearby, but no trouble with anything. Marking this one as a good option for future stays to visit my Vol. Thanks so much to our hosts!

We all enjoyed our stay at Smoky Vue. The house was as described and it was so peaceful there. We enjoyed the country setting and watching the long horn cattle and horses. We definitely will be coming back next year for a stay.

Aaron was very accommodating when we asked about a late check out due to the circumstances of our stay. He was helpful and responded quickly. Very spacious and beautiful space!

Chris and Kelly's place was great for our long weekend in Knoxville. It was easy to access the dining and night life in downtown and around campus.

Erin’s place was great for our weekend trip. A few walkable restaurants and very close to the bike action (if that’s your vibe; it wasn’t ours but we enjoyed watching others do cool things). The house was clean and cute. There was a sound machine in one room. Not hugely critical things, but worth noting if you’re planning a trip: (1) There were k cups and coffee filters, but no coffee grounds so we got our own. (2) One of the windows has a streetlight that shines through it; might bring a blanket or curtain to hang over it if that bugs you. The dishwasher went on the fritz while we were there and Erin responded immediately and was happy to remedy the situation. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

This was a lovely home. It was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. The location was very convenient to UTK and was close to everything we wanted to see while in Knoxville. Kellie was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a nearby event. Had the necessities. Bed was comfortable, pillows were decent. The master bath was nice. I didn’t do a lot of cooking so the kitchen had what I needed but was very basic. Easy to get in. The neighborhood had a few tougher looking houses but was pretty quiet overall. Couple of times there would be barking but nothing during the night. I’d look to book again for next year if I come back.

Suzanne amd Dylan's condo was wonderful. The small neighborhood was very peaceful amd relaxing. It was only a short drive to restaurants amd shops amd about 10 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Should re go back to the area we would certainly look at staying here again. A great find close to everything in Gatlinburg! Comfortable beds, quiet at night. Temperature was perfect as they had two AC units. Free, easy parking. The unit was stylishly decorated and ww loved the full size mirrors! We visited Anakeesta and Skypark all in one day as well as the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

We stayed there with our two granddaughters. More than enough room. The 5 yr old loved the bunk bed! We had hoped to see bears like others had but luck was not on our side. We loved being able to get away from the congestion in town to unwind. Very quiet

This place is great location. Also had a nice view and surrounding area from balcony. Pleasant sitting balcony. I would recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your place!

Not only was the space everything I was looking for but Julie was such an incredible host with her communication and kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to book.

Keith’s condo is a treasure! It’s a beautiful and thoughtfully designed space. My friends and I stayed here after visiting the synchronous fireflies in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We arrived well after dark, but Keith’s directions made it easy. The condo itself is beautifully decorated. The window bed downstairs has a firm mattress and I slept great. The bed in the loft has a soft mattress topper—my friends said it was like sleeping on a cloud. Come morning, we were stunned by the gorgeous views from each side of the condo. This is a special place that I definitely recommend! Keith was also easy to communicate with. I left a prescription cream behind, and he took the time to reach out to see if I needed it. I appreciated that attentiveness.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. We literally had everything we needed and the location was perfect (within 4 miles of all the spots we visited). We were allowed to check in early and responded to every message within minutes. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and will book again if we ever visit the area again.

The space was clean and the hosts had clear instructions. The bed was very comfortable. Nice location as well; you can walk to restaurants in Gatlinburg.
