The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

The Karns Area home is located in a safe neighborhood. You will be staying in a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bathroom, small sitting area with loveseat and flat screen tv. Conveniently located 15 minutes from UT Campus, downtown Knoxville, and only 45 to 60 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.
