The unit has two bedrooms, two baths, ample living space, full kitchen and a pull out sofa. My wife, daughter, son and I live downstairs with one small dog and two cats. The yard is fenced in and we welcome pets. The home is close to the historic neighborhoods of Old North Knox and Fourth and Gill.
