This place is great. Location is pristine for Gatlinburg roaming on foot. Park and don’t drive again. You are sooo close to the parkway. The only thing I will say is the building is not obviously marked. Check the signs above for the numbers for the building are there. It’s a white building with the parking deck raised beside the pool. Other than that, not one complaint. I loved this stay. Oh the bed was great. If you are a soft bed sleeper, this is your spot.

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and we had plenty of room. The location was perfect. You are close to everything in Pigeon Forge but it didn’t feel like it. It was quiet and not overly busy at the resort. Our boys enjoyed the pool and lazy river. You can see Dollywood’s fireworks from the balcony. We watched them 2 nights in a row. You could also see some of their drone show as well. If we travel back to the area we would definitely enjoy staying here again.

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

We had a great stay! This is our second time staying here and we will be back again. We love the location and the condo is always clean and perfect for our family.

It was beautiful and it looks like there is a lot to do in the area! Susan also provides a lot of fun opportunities if you want to use the equipment. We were just stopping for the night but might stay again some time in the future it was so nice!!

Walter was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. The space was well maintained and had all the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a TV in both the living room and bedroom which was a great plus, but we were mostly out and about given that it is so central to all of the hiking trails. It was a great stay.

We loved our stay. It was very easy to get to, and great instructions were given to get into the home. When we walked in it felt like home. I felt safe in the location and it was close enough to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. The only down side was the people in the unit above us were quit nosy. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice vacation!

Perfect location to get to the park as well as all the restaurants. Great communication and very responsive when I needed anything. Second time staying here as it’s the perfect size and the huge tub and comfy bed are great after a long day in the park!! Thanks again!!

Everything about this home was perfect and matched description. The ONLY thing we didn’t realize was that it was at the top of a mountain with crazy windy roads to get to (at least for our toyota camry). It rained while we were there and almost spun out of some of the turns. Honestly it made our experience in the mountains fun. Other than that everything about the home was so cozy.

The Airbnb is well located as described in the listing. We walked to the main strip in the evenings without an issue, and with a car, the main sites are easily accessible. The apartment was suitable for us-2 adults and one child. The host was responsive and any concerns or assistance needed was addressed timely.

We loved our stay at Myriah's cozy little condo on the river. Being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings with our coffe and watch all the wildlife like geese, herons, ducks, and even a beaver made for a great start to our day. The location was great, off the parkway, but still close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again. Myriah was easy to communicate with and was very hospitable.

Great location, super close drive to Smokey Mountains and the downtown (and Dollywood!). Very quiet, private, and in great condition! I could not recommend this airbnb more. The quality of the stay and the responsiveness of the host made our trip much more streamlined and easy!

Wonderful place, was able to see bears and local wildlife up close on the drive in more than the parks around provided. Incredible view of the mountains without being too far from the town, definitely recommend.

Great place and convenient location for events at UT. Check in and check out were very simple and straight forward. Property was very clean and Dylan and Suzanne were great hosts, very proactive and communicative. Great stay, would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend visiting Gatlinburg for our first time. The place was perfect for a couple and was a great retreat to come back to after a long day of exploring. The location of the condo was perfect, just minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg, which was super convenient!

My family and I had a wonderful experience here! Everything is new and very clean. We usually stay in hotels and I’ve been nervous to venture out but this was a thousand times better. Same clean feel as a nice hotel but more space for a family. The location is perfect. We were there for UT orientation and it was a short 5 mins drive to campus. The parking spot next to the unit was a big plus and it felt very safe. We will definitely be rebooking!

This was a perfect home away from home! It is spacious, comfortable, well appointed and tastefully decorated, and the whole place is clean and well kept. The photos do not do it justice! All amenities we could possibly need were provided. There was even a cute sign on the kitchen island personally welcoming us when we arrived. Check-in and check-out was smooth and simple, and when we had difficulty with the lock during our stay, Halo was instantly responsive via phone and the issue was quickly resolved (the door locks were being reset). Parking is a bit of a beast, since all street parking nearby has a 2-hour limit during the day. But the location is hard to beat, with lots of places to eat and things to see and do just a few steps away. One thing to keep in mind: as with many downtown areas in many cities, members of the homeless population frequent this area. All things considered, it was perfect for us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was amazing, beautiful views very easy to find everything was close by. The house was just like as describe in the photos. Samuel communicated very well throughout the stay. I definitely wouldn’t mind returning.

Had a great stay at the Rocky Top Retreat! Perfect for graduation weekend. The decor is perfect for any true Vol Fan!!! Holly is a great host, very responsive. The description of the condo is spot on. Easily walkable to Old City and downtown Knoxville as well as to campus. Would definitely rent again.
