We had a great stay, Abigail was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Convenient to downtown, plenty of eateries and stores. I especially liked-how the host had starter supplies/seasonings for making meals . Our stay was clean, quiet, and convenient. Thanks 😊

Taylor and co-host went above and beyond to ensure a good day. They were quick to respond and were always so kind. This was a last minute booking due to a VRBO booking that was a horrible experience and it was above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be staying here again if I come into town again!

I had a great 4-week stay at Juan’s place! He was always quick to reply and very helpful. He picked me up from the airport when I arrived and dropped me off at the bus station when I left, which was a huge help. The apartment had everything I needed for a long stay, and I felt right at home. There’s also a nice coffee shop within walking distance. Juan and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Knoxville!

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!
