The Gaff with heated swimming pool and studio

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. Located close to the Two Moors Way between Dartmoor and Exmoor; the Michelin-starred Masons Arms a stroll away. Well behaved dog welcome (£30 fee); additional dog by agreement.

Dairy cottage is one of two delightful holiday cottages on the Beaples Barton estate It has been recently refurbished with a clean modern feel. Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen and living/ dining room. Upstairs one double bedroom and twin room with two single beds, bathroom with a shower. There is ample parking outside of the cottage. Dairy cottage is set in 75 acres of rural Devon countryside surrounded by woodland. We have easy access to the North Devon Link road and M5.

An excellent base to explore the natural beauty of Exmoor & Dartmoor National Parks, the spectacular North Devon coastline & beaches, gardens, including RHS Rosemoor, and various family attractions. 10 minutes away is South Molton, 'The Gateway to Exmoor', with its excellent Pannier Market, shops, restaurants, tea rooms and antique shops. Also within a few miles are several pubs and restaurants.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

A south facing stylish getaway in the middle of Exmoor National Park. There is private fishing for the keen fisherman, endless doorstep walks, fresh water swimming, a short walk into Dulverton for cream teas, boutique shops and fabulous places to eat. There are French doors that open out onto a stone patio where you can sit and take in the views. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too.
