In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Ruhige, ländlicher Lage mit Bauernhöfen in der Nachbarschaft. The accommodation is situated in the basement of the house. New house built in 2018 with private access to the basement. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.

The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains are moving slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

There is a splendid view on Mount Pilatus, the Alps and the whole valley. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
