There you can find grocery stores, fast food & dine in restaurants. The freeway is about a 3-4 min drive. Several gas stations for convenient fill up. Nearby locations include Walmart, La Superior, McDonalds, Little Ceasars, Mexican Restaurants, Nugget + more. Starbucks 2 min away, Dutch-b. There are also laundromats for our longer staying guests nearby

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

Susan’s place is perfect! We needed somewhere to stay for an early flight and this location is perfect. Only 8 minutes from the airport! Susan is very nice and welcoming.
