Our restored, half-timbered house in the village centre of Christinenfeld is only four kilometres away from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The cozy apartment Dorfstraße 8 has a wooden floor, south-facing terrace and garden access. A separate outbuilding features table tennis and table football. The Klützer Winkel region offers white beaches, wild cliffs and a wide, hilly landscape with sea views. Wismar and Lübeck with their famous old towns (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) are close.

This lovingly furnished apartment in the country house style is part of the former village school of Welzin. The building has been here for over 100 years, far away from media and city noise. Sunbathing on the Baltic Sea, fishing, cycling, kitesurfing and much more. 3 Baltic Sea beaches alone can be reached in 15 minutes. A fireplace ensures a cozy indoor climate.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
