On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) can feel comfortable. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes on foot. In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
