Apartment is in a private house,on the ground floor,parking place in the courtyard. It has flat TV, WI-FI, aircondition,heating, well equipped kitchen,all the necessery for cooking,bathroom with walk in shower,basic toileties set,towels,hair dryer,sofa bed,linen, private terace. This apartment is also part of our house in Klenovica and has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. It's perfect for families with children. In front is a big terrace with a beautiful view to enjoy sunsets with the glass of wine/beer in a hand. The house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a place to barbecue and a backyard terrace. The beach is only 5 minutes away! We are pet friendly, max 2 pets. Pet fee is only charged for one pet (the additional amount after the reservation). Welcome!

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Arrival at the destination: take the exit "Dugno" from the main street, then take the second street on the right and the house is second one on the right. House is located approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation. From apartment You can enjoy a nice Sea View while having a meal or just hanging out on the terrace. Micro location is very nice and quiet, excellent for real, deep relaxation.

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.
