Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Das Haus grenzt an den Auwald, der sich bestens zur Erholung eignet. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche, zwei Schlafzimmern mit insgesamt drei Betten, und einem kleinen Wohnzimmer. A quiet flat in a historic house from the early eighteen hundreds with a private patio in one of Vienna’s most beautiful districts. The apartment is located close to the famous old Viennese wine village of "Grinzing" and the surrounding hills, "Kahlenberg", "Cobenzl" and "Leopoldsberg". There is also easy access to the city centre in less than 20 minutes by tram.
