Demberg vacation home

The village of "Demberg," which is characterized by agriculture and forestry, is a district of Wies and belongs to the municipality of Kleines Wiesental. My renovated farmhouse is located at an altitude of 600 meters in a high valley of the southwestern Black Forest. On the ground floor, I offer an apartment of about 55 square meters. The upper floor is also rented out. Noise possible. In the village shop 1 km away, you can stock up on local products but also on the necessary things.

Only 10 km away in Schopfheim you will find everything for everyday needs - from supermarkets to cafés to small nice shops. The apartment in Gresgen, an idyllic part of Zell im Wiesental, is located at 720 m above sea level and offers distant views of the Alps and the Jura. The place is ideal for hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. Zell I. W. is only 5 km away and has a train connection to Basel. The apartment is located in a former barn that has been used as an art gallery since the 1990s. It extends over 3 levels, with spacious, modern living space and a semi-open kitchen.

The Alte Tischlerei is an individual apartment (approx. 70 square meters of living space) for nature lovers, individualists, cooking enthusiasts, dog lovers or... It is equipped with a built-in kitchen, 80 cm induction range, convection oven and steam cooker, fridge/freezer and bathroom with very large shower and separate toilet. The area is open plan, so there is no enclosed bedroom. Outside there is a private garden with seating, barbecue and fencing.

Cozy apartment

Our farmhouse was built in 1818 and we acquired it in 2019. The apartment was only completed in 2025 and separated from the main house by a separate entrance. Experience special moments in this family-friendly space. Here you have the opportunity to relax and enjoy nature. The most beautiful hiking trails in the area start directly from the apartment. In the evening you can relax in the garden, the grill is available as well as an open fireplace.

Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesen Valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.

Imagine spending the night right in the vineyard, among the vines. You can watch the sunrise over the Black Forest and the sunset over the Kaiserstuhl massif, while enjoying a glass of wine in the queen-size bed by the window or on the terrace. The large panoramic windows allow you to experience nature in a new way, while the modern interior, featuring light wood and matte black, creates a striking contrast. An absolutely special place.
