This new house has an artistic, minimalist architecture with a soothing, calming atmosphere. We appreciated the lack of superfluous items or kitschy decor. The house is set amidst beautiful countryside. The view was fantastic, no TV is needed. The cozy sleeping places were high quality and had large duvets. There was a lot of peace, although the only neighboring house was sometimes being built. Since it was light in the morning in May, one of us had a little too few options for darkening. The host really cares about his guests, he was always proactive, very helpful and responsive. We traveled without a car and for the last kilometers it worked well with the call bus (phone or app). The on-call bus has certain operating hours and a time lead. Under certain conditions, some trips are even free (taxis are horrendously expensive).
A spacious living area is highlighted by ample natural light from multiple windows, featuring a large sectional couch and a stylish dining table set for gatherings. A modern spiral staircase leads to an upper level, enhancing the open atmosphere of the room.

Susanna gladly welcomed us and she was very friendly and helpful. The apartman was well-equipped, spacious and perfectly clean. The good location made it easy to reach hiking destinations in a short time by car, and also the lovely old town was a good walk from the apartman, where we enjoyed delicious dinners. We would happily return any time in the future, absolutely recommended! Just like on the pictures.

Renovated farmhouse in the Hohe Wand hiking paradise

I went to Lower Austria with friends to spend a nice weekend in nature. Luckily, I found Tim's place because it was just wonderful. Especially the pond was perfect for swimming, we made a campfire in the large garden and used the pleasant interior. Everything was extremely clean, tidy and also ideally equipped. The house is in an extremely pleasant location: both right next to the hiking trails and easily accessible by car. There was room for this in front of the entrance. The beds were very comfortable and also the rooms are very well structured. The large garden is as fantastic as the kitchen and the living room with fireplace. Tim was also open to all our questions and gave us lots of helpful information and tips. Thank you and we will come back very gladly!

The pool and garden were immaculate, and the pool itself was such a refreshing treat after a day spent exploring Vienna. We had a very enjoyable stay! The apartment was lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need. The beds were super comfortable – we slept really well. Parking right in front of the house was completely uncomplicated. We would like to emphasize the nice and smooth contact with Andreas – fast, friendly and helpful. The only small criticism: The apartment was quite warm – a little cooler would have been ideal. Nevertheless, highly recommended – I'd love to come back.
