Undine was an exceptional host—communication was excellent both in the lead up to, and during our stay in beautiful Klagenfurt. She also had some great recommendations for us! The flat is located in a lovely, quiet part of town. Everything is walkable from the flat but there are also great public transport links nearby. The flat was spotless and was very well equipped for anything that you could need for a comfortable stay. We had such a beautiful time in Klagenfurt and would love to come back: if we do, we would definitely want to stay here again! Thank you Undine!

I really enjoyed staying here - most of all, the huge westward facing window where I could bask in the sun and watch the sunset. Very clean and well - maintained. They pay attention to details such as quality cookware, and extra towels and linens ready to go. The location is a short walk to the center of town, and the hosts are friendly and always respond quickly to messages.

Apartment located in a quiet single-family home settlement of Viktring. It is located on the first floor with an associated fenced garden with terrace, table and Hollywood swing. All necessary shopping is within walking distance. By car, you are in the center of Klagenfurt in 15 minutes. The apartment is excellently equipped in every respect (kitchen with all utensils, spices, sep. toilet, all cleaning agents and shower gels available, beds firm, walk-in closet, TV with many programs, stable Internet. For 2 people (with dog) it could hardly be better. Lisa was always easily accessible and always very helpful.

Gerlinde was very friendly as she explained everything what we needed to know during our stay. Overall it is a great place, what we would recommend!

It was exactly as described… I felt at home from the first minute… I'd like to come back in the summer to use the beautiful terrace. Tom is a great host!

Communication with Michael was super easy. Very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed it very much! The apartment is very clean and is equipped with everything you need.

It all fits perfectly with the apartment. In summer, it can get a little warm in the bedroom on the second floor, but you can open the skylights and then it balances out again. We stayed at Carolina's for the second time and will be happy to book again next year.

Amazing stay, great location in the Austrian country side, very amicable host, no problems during our stay. It was a nice place to prepare for and relax/recover after the Klagenfurt Ironman! Would certainly recommend staying here!

Gladly always again, everything perfect👌🏻🤩. We were with our daughter (1 year) in the accommodation. The hostess Jutta called us on the day of arrival to let us know that we were allowed to come in earlier. Of course, that was very convenient for us with a child. A high chair was also provided. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and helped to carry things up. In the apartment there were fresh tomatoes, peppers and basil from the garden, beer and sparkling water were in the fridge and bedtime treats on the nightstand. On the first morning, we were surprised with treats from the baker. Another day she brought us muffins 😋 We were also offered to do the laundry. The apartment is very clean and in a quiet location. There is a lot to do in the area 🙂

Great place to stay with a very good location in the inner city

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Erika's beautiful apartment. It is situated in a very walkable location, close to everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself is wonderfully appointed and is a lovely retreat to return too, at the end of each day. If we ever return to Lake Bled we would definitely love to stay again. Thank you Erika for the wonderful stay and for being so flexible with our check ins A++

The apartment is within walking distance to the lake (about 5-10 min). Shopping in the neighborhood, train station also 3-4 minutes away. Alexandra and Manfred were friendly to the masses, something you rarely experience. Manfred provided his private carport upon our departure, so that we could leave the vehicle for the entire day free of charge after checkout. Alexandra and Manfred live in the immediate neighborhood and were always easily accessible for questions and tips. The air conditioning works perfectly. The only drawback of the apartment is the street. Nevertheless, we would come back any time. The layout of the apartment is optimally furnished, which is why it is also suitable for two adults and a baby. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Everything was great! The place is very nice & central, you have your own little kingdom - very nicely decorated & I also loved the terrace. The hostess is a very sweet and helpful person! I highly recommend this place! :)

Our stay at Katharina’s place was nothing short of wonderful. We were looking for a peaceful get away and not only found it, but enjoyed the beautiful setting and comfortable stay. Katharina and her family were warm and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to come back again!

Wonderful place to wind down and enjoy the surroundings from the wood-fired hot tub. Easy walk to town for tasty local food, and a nice hike to the 3 land point. Cottage was wonderful, well stocked for cooking, and very peaceful. Would definitely come back!

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. With a great beautiful glass sauna in the garden, from where you have a beautiful view of the mountain peaks across the valley. A wood-fired hot tub in the garden was also available. Very pleasant during an unclouded evening, with an immense starry sky above you. Unfortunately, trails were no longer available for cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. But with a half hour drive, there were good cross-country skiing opportunities on the public slopes in Villach, and in Slovenian Planica. For beautiful walks you didn't have to go that far. We enjoyed the week in Bach im Gailtal very much.

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊

The pine nest is highly recommended. The tranquility and the view you have up there is simply unique. Communication was always easy and the hosts respond to every request. The hot pot was just awesome. We will be happy to come back. Petting the sweet Wautzi of us :)

This place was incredible! It looks even better than the pictures. beautiful floors and furniture and decor. It was spotless and comfortable and huge. We all really enjoyed our time here and it's walkable to everything in Bled, yet also secluded enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. We adored Bled and would definitely come back and stay here again.

Could not think of a more perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Bled. Incredibly easy check in, super responsive and helpful host, and the place was very quiet and cozy. If I ever find myself back in Bled, this will be at the top of my list!
