A summer place on the idyllic island of Klädesholmen. Perfect house for the small family. On the island, there are two restaurants - Kylen and Salt & Sill. Living space of 30 m2 with only one sofa bed, 140 cm wide (a single air mattress is available). Tiled bathroom. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, pantry, stove, microwave, grill, kettle, coffee maker. Two small patios are available next to the house. The rent includes water and electricity. A lovely sauna is available to book on the island for those who want to.

This two-story house of 100 sqm is located a stone's throw from Rönnäng harbor. It was built in 1918 by my grandfather and renovated and modernized by my father in 1967. This historic house has two floors, two balconies and a cozy private garden. It is also equipped with everything that may be needed on a vacation, for the smaller or larger company. The garden has a private feel and overlooks the harbor. It is close to public transport, shops, hiking trails and attractions.

The house is about 200-300 meters from Bleket swimming area, kayak rental and a sourdough bakery. Walking distance to the island of Klädesholmen where you will find restaurants and the nearest grocery store.
