The accommodation is in a great location – directly opposite is a bus stop that takes you to the elevator in just 5 minutes. The apartment was extremely clean, and the landlady was very friendly. We felt completely comfortable.

Great apartment. Nice hostess. Everything you need is there. Consumables such as garbage bags, dish soap, and sponges are also there. Many accommodations lack this. We were there for skiing. The ski resort at Schatzberg is right outside the door. The Wilder Kaiser is a 25-minute drive away. We explored both areas and had a lot of fun. We'll be back!

We were a group of 9 people plus 2 toddlers and had a very nice time in this vacation home. The house is so big that there was enough room for everyone. The amenities are so good that we didn't miss anything, special highlights are of course the pool in the garden and the hot tub on the balcony. The garden with adjoining terrace offers a very nice view of the Inn Valley and is ideal for barbecuing or for an evening sitting together by the campfire thanks to the existing fire pit. The contact with the landlord was consistently straightforward, and he was always easily accessible for questions. The location of the house is ideal for a hike to the Möslalm or on the Möslalmkogel.

What a lovely place! A large new home, extremely well insulated and well laid out, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms worked well. An amazing play area downstairs to park the kids in! The house itself is located in a very nice area near the pistes. Ideal for the Kitzbuehl area. We went to Bramberg and it was barely 10 mins in the car in the moring. A special thanks to Kathi who gave us a blanket for a small child who broke her leg skiing and couldn't get into her normal leggings. It was very kind and much appreciated.

We LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for our large group, and Nadine was even flexible with opening up an extra room on the ground floor for my handicapped MIL so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and the gondola was also within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the little outside garden and seating area was so lovely and a very nice little retreat to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint was that we paid a refundable 200 euro cash breakage deposit when we arrived, but were only refunded 125 due to a tax that was not communicated to us prior. Otherwise, we highly highly recommend this home, would absolutely return, and even sent the listing to our friends who live locally to recommend to any of their visitors.

A wonderful stay in a very charming, small cottage! Everything was super clean and lovingly prepared. The hosts were incredibly nice and warm – you immediately felt welcome. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. If you love the countryside, this is the place to be. I will definitely be happy to return!
