Das Haus Obernauer liegt 800 Meter hoch in ruhiger Wohnlage am Fuße des Hahnenkamms, des Hausberges von Kitzbühel , wo jährlich das berühmte Hahnenkammrennen der Streif stattfindet . Die Entfernung bis zur Talstation der Gondelbahn , ist auch über die nahegelegene Schiabfahrt direkt zu erreichen. Langlaufloipe in unmittelbarer Nähe Bis ins Zentrum , Hallenbad oder Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten . Wanderwege führen direkt vom Haus zum Schwarzsee oder über die Seidlalm auf den Hahnenkamm.

Wir haben ein kleines aber feines Appartement in einer sehr ruhigen Einheimischen Wohngegend von Oberndorf neu renoviert, und für euch hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Ideale Lage zum Schi fahren und Wandern. Das Schigebiet St.Johann, Kitzbühel ist schnell erreichbar. Durch den Separaten Eingang seit ihr vollkommen unabhängig. Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Zentrales Stadt Appartement. Fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause, im Herzen von Kitzbühel. 1 Doppelbett - Boxspringbett (160x200cm) 1 Schlafsofa (140x200cm) Voll ausgestattete Küche. Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Nur 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Hahnenkamm und der legendären Streif entfernt. Es befindet sich 500 Meter entfernt ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Beim Appartement gibt es eine Haltemöglichkeit zum entladen. Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock Bars u. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Kitzbueheler Suite

Unsere Suite wurde mit einem neuen Boxspringbett, einer gemütlichen Schlafcoach und einem Esstisch mit vier Stühlen im Wohnzimmer eingerichtet. Dazu ein Flachbildschirm Fernsehgerät und für Ihre Getränke ein kleiner Kühlschrank sowie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toast, alles bereit für ein gelungenes Frühstück. Die Lage ist im Zentrum von Kitzbühel, man braucht kein Auto um Restaurants, Nachtlokale oder die Skilifte zu Fuß zu erreichen. WLAN frei, Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.

Chalet Alpenblick

Unser Chalet befindet sich in ruhiger, idyllischer, sonniger Lage in Kirchberg. Vom Zentrum ca. 6 Minuten Fahrzeit. Das Rustikale dennoch gemütliche „Häuschen“ verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Galerie, sowie ein Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk, Skiraum, Abstellraum für Sportequipment. Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.
