A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. The Dairy is a delightful cosy ground floor annexe to our 17th Century Thatched Cottage. It has private access with its own outdoor south facing seating area and view of the orchard and garden. The Dairy consists of one double bed bedroom that sleeps 2 guests, shower room and separate lounge area with Wi-Fi, TV and Tea / coffee facilities. The bright lounge area also has access to the main house. The annexe has recently been tastefully refurbished as part of renovations to the main house

Myer Bridge Farm Cottage is situated on the A425, one mile out of the market town of Southam. It is a detached two-bedroom cottage that has been renovated and refurbished to a high standard. The Cottage sits immediately adjacent to the Farm House, and is part of a small 40 acre farm. We are on an A road so there is traffic noise. (please be aware that guests book and then complain about the road) As a working farm, there is animal noise too. The cottage is NOT suitable for children.

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

The Oak is our luxury shepherds hut, it is situated on its own in a young orchard on our family farm. It is surrounded by beautiful farmland which makes the stay very peaceful. The oak is within walking distance to pubs, shops and a great cafe! It has been thoughtfully kitted out from top to bottom with underfloor heating, en-suite shower, king size bed, Netflix etc, oven, induction hob, fridge, coffee machine and much more. Outside there is a wood fired hot tub and pizza oven!

Tucked away in around 5 acres of tranquil pasture and woodland on the outskirts of a small Warwickshire village. The Hoot is a luxury wooden hut for two seeking a little reset time.
