Vision and pool - ideal for golf and wellness

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

The heated bathrobe is a great place to get to the spa from the bed. The apartment is designed with the 140cm bed for two people and in the modern kitchen, in addition to a hob, there is also a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a microwave. On nice days, the valuable hours of life can also be spent on the sunny balcony. The apartment is centrally located in Bad Griesbach only a short distance (about 5 minutes) from the Kurplatz and Kurpark (Kneipptrettbecken, ...).

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. We stayed at the apartment with the three of us and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was surprisingly spacious easily enough room for six people, which we didn’t expect. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Both the kitchen and the bathroom were well equipped, and the washing machine was a very useful addition. The bedrooms were quiet at night, so we slept well. We appreciated the coffee machine it was a thoughtful touch that made our mornings even better. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, which made the whole experience enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to come back in the future. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The spacious apartment was equipped with everything - and more - what we could need for our holiday. Everything has been recently renovated and furnished, with a very special eye for helpful touches. Comfortable, large beds, cozy sofa, underfloor heating, TV with Netflix and co, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances at home, and much more. This apartment is perfect for a longer stay, or even a couple /larger group / families. Especially for small children, extra care was given, the hosts know each other well: Absolutely all sockets are, for example, out of reach of small hands at a comfortable adult height. The hosts are also very nice and helpful. If you want, you can also visit a small pottery workshop in the same house during the holiday! We'll give that a try next time for sure. Highlights in the area: quiet location, garden and only six spas in the area!

Simply beautiful, clean accommodation, made with great taste and high quality materials! The place is quiet, in the countryside, with lots of things to see nearby. Regula thought of everything: tea, coffee, oil, spices, paper towels, soap, shampoo, laundry... you won't miss anything! Regula and Beat made us taste traditional breads called 'Semmel' homemade, simple and tasty. Their hospitality and kindness are truly extraordinary. Recommended!

We felt very comfortable in the spacious house. The kitchen is well equipped, especially for baking enthusiasts, and there are many basic foods available. The layout of the rooms and bathrooms is ideal for several people or as for us with children. A comfortable garage with remote control is also available, but a skilled driver is required to use it. Communication was always very quick and helpful as well as cordial. We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

Alfons is a great Airbnb host. He welcomed us on our arrival in Rotthalmünster in the house and gave a short tour of the house explaining all the essentials. The house has all the furnishings you need for the stay. Is idyllic and quiet location. It can accommodate up to 6x guests (as there are three double beds), has a sauna in the basement and a garden with terrace. My family and I felt very much at home and would be happy to come back!
