Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Adventure?! Tinyhouse-style cabin for a cozy getaway in the Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and a sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached by a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the cottage, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the premises. There is another hut on the property, which also occasionally accommodates guests.

We offer you on 3 floors 1 main bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), 1 gallery with 2 sleeping options, spacious kitchen-living room and the impressive living room with open roof structure (further accommodation on the couch, as well as crib on request). Upon arrival, bed linens and hand and shower towels are available. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The covered terrace and garden invite you to linger.

Feel at home in my cozy apartment! The 45 m² apartment is modernly decorated and fully equipped. The newly renovated apartment is located next to a riding stable near Weißenstadt, a lovely small town and only 5 minutes by car from the lake. It is very easy to reach and you can park in front of the house for free. Perfect starting point for activities (hiking, biking, skiing) in nature, spa visits, shopping, trips to the Czech Republic and more.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Welcome to our new apartment! This is located in Oberkotzau - in a quiet location. The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace. A box-spring bed and a sofa bed with a topper are available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils (incl. toaster, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker, etc.).

Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.
