Accommodating up to four guests, a stylish balcony and fully equipped furnishings provide comfort and relaxation. Families and dogs are welcome. Surrounded by mountains, lakes, cycling and hiking trails, nature is right outside the door and invites you to excursions. In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in Tyrolean farmhouses), a bathroom, separate toilet, a small terrace with direct access to the fenced garden

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
