we had a wonderful time! what a nice cottage! it is very nicely decorated, with a lot of attention to creative details. we were also very happy with the screens for the windows, we could open all the windows and let the sea breeze in. the place is wonderfully quiet with the sound of the rippling sea. On the beach there was a lot of waste from the sea, which was a pity but the owner can do nothing about it. Swimming was no less pleasant and we saw dolphins from the terrace! In short, definitely recommended.

The house is beautifully spotless that gives you a warmth and relaxes you. Everything is working properly and everything tidy. The owner (Rania) is very direct Ideal for everyone. The neighborhood calm the place village picturesque seaside with a clean atmosphere. All great. I'd just like to have stays like that. PS:with full honesty my feedback and quite demanding.

Very beautiful and well-maintained space, in the heart of the village. The view from the balcony was seductive and unlimited, as right in front was the sea. The hosts were impeccable and we had a great communication, no issues. We had a great time and thank them for hosting!

We had a wonderful stay at Christos’s place and we found him and his son very helpful and welcoming. When we needed anything, it was supplied within a very short time. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a beautiful sea view. Staying at Christos’s house made our holiday very special.

It felt both cozy and spacious, making it a perfect place for our family. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. At first we were a little disorientated by the relative quiet of Kottes in September when there is less tourism compared with the busier Agia Kiryaki 10 minutes drive away. But it didn't take long to adapt to the slow gentle pace of this tranquil paradise. The friendly Taverna d'Angelo 100 m down the beach offered fresh fish and drinks and there is always something interesting happening on the beach or at sea. The village of Trikeri (30 minute walk) is also delightful as are the other nearby beaches such as Alogoporos. Villa Felitsa is even better (and more spacious) than the photos suggest, right in the centre of the bay. It has been tastefully and thoughtfully refurbished, fully equipped, stable wi fi, almost instant hot water, perfect balcony upstairs and outdoor sitting space downstairs. Instructions crystal clear. Vasilios was super helpful, proactive and responsive.A pleasure to deal with. A jewel of a house in a jewel of a location. A real find. We hope to return.

We felt comfortable from the first moment in Anda's beautiful house. It is very lovingly and individually decorated. Anda baked us a delicious quiche to welcome us and brought us eggs from her chickens. She was always quick to reach when we had a question and took great care of us. We had some cool weather at first, but in the house it was so cozy that we liked to spend the cool days inside. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea - really magnificent! And in the evening we enjoyed the starry sky. You definitely need a car to go shopping and dining (taverns in Oreoi at the harbor) or for the beach. There is a nice little pebble beach at the Taverna Agrogiali - Kouvelis Constantine (good food) behind Kastri (approx. 35 min.) and a beautiful sandy beach behind Loutra Gialtron (also with good taverns), in front of Club Med (about 1 hour).
