Fully furnished kitchen, full bath, full sized fridge, queen sized bed, and all the amenities to boot. The back patio overlooks the water with cypress trees into surrounding. Lakehouse w/ Private Dock & Slip

Single family home located on open water but behind a "no wake zone" in a quiet cove on Lake Conroe. Guests are able to swim right off the private dock. This home is family-friendly & has a fully fenced yard. We also have kayaks available for use. Plenty of deck and patio space in the backyard and lots of deer in the front yard. We are about a 10-minute drive from Margaritaville and close to so much that Lake Conroe has to offer!
