Pack light and make big memories during your stay in the cozy camper. This 30 foot camper is located on our family homestead just one mile from the llano river. The property is also less than 30 minutes from Longhorn Caverns and Inks Lake State Parks as well as several parks with access to the local lakes. We live on the property and will be present to help should any problems arise. We also share the land with wildlife and our animal friends including cattle, chickens, turkeys, dogs and a cat.

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere-not even the beach. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. You will have Access to Lake LBJ where you could drop your kayaks in, do some fishing off the little dock or jump in for a nice swim on a hot day! The space is small but perfect for two or three people to come enjoy the weekend at the lake and all the hill country ! ***** WE ARE ON A SEPTIC ***** PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER !!!
