The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. This is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below.. I also have another guestroom space in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
