The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. This is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below.. I also have another guestroom space in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.
