Beautiful location, everything you could need for a peaceful break. We had a bbq one evening, went to Hampton Inn another - made for a great weekend. Lovely quiet getaway outside of popular resorts, although recommend walking to/from Whitstable for a visit without the stress of being in a busy town. Our little dog loved it, wonderful for bird watching and sea dips.

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Cottage. Beautiful Airbnb and a great location- a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Lovely sunny garden with furniture and a bbq. Comfortable beds. The stairs are steep but that’s called out in the description. We can’t wait to visit again!

We often return to Deal and are used to compromising on one or two aspects to have such a wonderful location. There was no compromise here. The sun room to the lovely walled garden was a particular treat.

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! Such a great place! We stayed for the weekend and had the best time, lovely house with everything you need as well as being and nice and clean. Brilliant location too we felt we were super close to everything! Ida and James were super attentive, fab hosts as well!

Felt really nice here, short walking distance to pretty much everything in Margate, nice and quiet location, hosts were very responsive, can’t find a single fault, just lovely overall and was exactly what it said it would be!

We booked the house to stay for the weekend for a family wedding nearby. Perfectly placed and close enough to walk to the town for coffee and walk the dogs along the seafront. Comfy beds and loads of space for 5 of us. Had an issue with the shower but Vicky responded immediately and it was sorted out.

We absolutely loved staying at the Beach Hut. The location was perfect, we walked into Margate and Birchington. Train and buses so close if needed . Westgate High street was so close and the Swan which was 2 minutes away was great for food and drinks. It was really peaceful and extremely clean, such lovely touches with coffee/tea, milk, water and cereal. We loved the chilled atmosphere sitting in the front of the hut for drinks or coffee , so relaxing. We would definitely stay again and also recommend for a perfect relaxing break and although we only got to wave at Lorraine , David was so friendly and checked to see if all was ok for us . Great communication and we absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for our stay and how attentive and responsive you have been 👍

Very well located accommodation close to the beach and the city center. We had a lovely family weekend. The teenagers (and grandparents) were able to enjoy the pool which is very spacious and pleasant. The accommodation is very well-equipped and well-decorated. We were also able to enjoy the outdoor terrace and its barbecue. The whole family was happy with their stay, from the welcome by Frédérique with lots of very pleasant little touches and until the departure, where we were able to stay until Sunday afternoon. We recommend this listing which is ideal for a weekend with family and we will gladly come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Gills caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen. ( we like cooking) The rooms were very comfy and the outside space was a plus in the sunshine. Gill was extremely helpful and friendly and the area was very dog friendly with loads of lovely walks straight from the site. It was our first time In The area and we will definitely be back. We felt right at home in Wendy's holiday park caravan, which reminded us a lot of our luxury camper that we travel with back home in the states. Wendy was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host from start to finish, and the quiet location away from the busyness of central Dover couldn't be beat. No issues parking, and the overflow parking is a literal stone throw's away if needed. The shop next to the overflow parking was perfect to stock up supplies for a quick breakfast the next morning before we headed out. Supposedly there are laundry resources on site, but we arrived too late to take advantage of that - pick up tokens and soap at the shop if needed. The exterior doors are also a little tricky if you aren't familiar with multi-lock styles - make sure you pull up on the handle when locking exterior doors. Also be sure to make reservations for any of the nice restaurants nearby!

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

First time hiring a hut and I’m so glad I did. This little hut was cute and had everything you needed. I messaged Maria asking for a little something for my mum’s bday and she did 😊. No bad reviews we’re planning on hiring more often, all it could do with is a little tlc ie painting needs updating, the windbreakers need replacing and possibly something for the ground by the doors as it’s hard to open the doors with the stones. But other then that it was lovely and we had such a lovely time , we locked everything up in the hut and took a walk to the pier and came back it was lovely thank you ☺️

This is without doubt the most stunning place I have ever stayed in through Airbnb. The cottage has recently been renovated to an extremely high standard and every detail is perfect and has been carefully thought through. It is comfortable and luxurious but still homely and stocked with everything you need for a home from home stay! It is also in a fantastic location - only a 2 minute walk to the seafront and the town centre. I could not recommend it more highly. Belinda was also extremely helpful and welcoming and very responsive to messages. 11/10! We will definitely be back! thank you Belinda and Thierry.

Superb location overlooking the sea and with many and varied eating places in the vicinity. Lovely to have two lounges overlooking the sea and a large farmhouse table in the well resourced kitchen. Some superb historic and cultural places to visit nearby including: Margate (40 mins by train) to see Turners’ Contemporary Art Museum and also Tracey Emin’s Art Studios; Canterbury Cathedral (40 mins by bus) to see the historic and spectacular first cathedral in Engkand and St Augustine’s Abbey in such a beautiful city; Dover (20 mins s by car) to see the Historic Castle, Tunnels and White Cliffs; Ramsgate (bus/car 15 min drive) to see a classic Victorian Seaside with an unusual Wetherspoons built into the Pavillion; Broadstairs (10 mins drive further) to see Charles Dickens houses which inspired him to write - including Bleak House; Deal itself with its Saturday afternoon outdoor market and a 15 minute walk to the very significant Walker Castle. An amazing week with plenty of varied sigh

We had a fantastic time staying at Spindrift and would definitely visit again. Ally is a brilliant host - really communicative with clear instructions, and the property was exactly as described. Ally's properties have the rare combination of immediately making you feel like you are at home, but then the high-end interior design and attention to detail is also to a professional hotel standard. Can thoughrely recommend Jenny's place, both Jenny and Tim are very friendly. Patio overlooking the sea and sea views from the bedroom, very generous welcome pack and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more, the lounge was spacious with comfy couches and the bedroom had plenty of clothes hangers and the bed was super comfy, including the pillows,. Every where was super clean, we didn't really want to leave, but,of course, it was time to move on., can thoughrely recommend Jenny' and Tim's place.

The location is unbeatable—situated right on the shore, we were treated to stunning sea views that made every moment feel special. The ambience is wonderfully quiet, perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. We appreciated the proximity to numerous pubs and restaurants nearby, allowing us to easily explore local dining options. We were fortunate to have lovely weather and took full advantage of the BBQ facilities located conveniently outside. It was a joy to cook and dine while enjoying the fantastic ocean backdrop. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we can't wait to return to this beautiful spot. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Great location on the front and great sea views and a comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Anita was very friendly and helpful at check-in and left biscuits, milk and other bits and pieces for us to settle in. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to spend a couple of nights.

Perfect location to sit and watch the see and the world go by. Short walk to town and no need for the car. On street parking available but it does get busy. Lovely accommodation and was as described. Nice touch by adding breakfast essentials as well.

We were greeted by Phil and Jenny who made us very welcome and they went through a few things with us. The accommodation was first class with a view outstanding. Everything was of good quality and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was great and hot. What more could anyone possibly require We will go again. Many thanks Phil and Jenny
