In the Summer you are close to amazing Beaches , and in Winter the Ski Slopes are right there.

That 70s Chalet at South Lake Tahoe

Remodeled in 2018. Two story with wood beam ceilings, gas fireplace, and comfy beds. New roof, exterior paint and beautiful paver driveway done fall of 2023. 2 miles to Heavenly, 3 miles to nightlife/casinos, and 1.5 to the lake. Bijou park and meadow trails are right next to the neighborhood. Trails go everywhere and strolls through the meadow are great for all.
