Real nice cosy yet cool room in classic Brooolyn brownstone. Room felt private even in context if shared house. Private to guest-only bathroom, a nice feature; as well as direct access to garden. Good access to kitchen too. Lovely hosts. Would definately stay again.

this is the spot to crash in if planning a trip to brooklyn. beautiful clean inside, spacious room with windows and a private patio is all you can ask for. easy access to apt and close to a near sub station to get around the city too. definitely booking room again if the opportunity is there.

Ronan's place was an easy and comfortable place to be in the city. Very walkable and in a part of town with a lot of life. It was affordable and an excellent deal. Very happy we stayed at his place.

We stayed at Brynda’s place to spend Christmas and new years in NYC. First of all I’d like to say she was extremely helpful in understanding that our arrival will be late night and gave me clear instructions on how to get in the house. She even gave an emergency contact if we face any issue while check in. She also provided a PDF of all the local places that are good. Her home is at a walkable distance from the subway so that was really good. Also , her house is very beautiful. I was travelling with my husband a friend , and all of us felt at home in her home. She also answered our queries right on time and was very helpful. We accidentally broke a glass and umbrella and she was very kind to let it go. I would definitely stay at her place whenever I visit NYC. 10/10.

Brynda was and her home was beyond wonderful! If you are open to it, she really makes you feel like an acquaintance immediately which made the stay way more comfortable. Everything is tidy and clean, and she has plenty of accommodations like a space in the fridge, a space for your bag, and toiletries if needed. I appreciate the time I got to spend with her and hope to return in the future. Thank you Brynda!!

I had an amazing stay at Christopher's Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was full of great spots to eat, grab coffee, and explore. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location is great, the apartment is amazing, really liked the art works, also has a very nice vibe, very homey and cool! Room is a perfect size, slept really well, have not experienced any noise at all. Highly recommend staying at Casey's. Overall, had an amazing time in NYC.

Excellent location to be close to the airport, but very far from downtown Manhattan, about 1 hour by subway

Family vacation with 18 people and both units accommodated us! Lots of kitchen supplies available to have meals for all of us. Close to American Dream mall where we spent 2 days between Nickelodeon Universal park and Dreamworks waterpark. Also had some good time shopping!

Wonderful stay at Joseph’s place. We felt at home. Joseph is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to stay again there :)

Defina was amazing! We had issues with the place with some of the electricity and she helped us immediately as well as was quick in responding. She was even kind enough to give us a return on a credit for the issue. The breakfast was awesome and more than expected. More than enough for the entire family. Only reason there were some stars were not filled was because the neighborhood was quite dangerous. Don’t walk around the area, straight in and out from the uber to the house.

I had a wonderful experience staying in NYC! The host was warm, responsive, and always available to help with any questions I had. The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and provided a perfect retreat after busy days in the city. I really appreciated the comfort and care put into the space — highly recommend to anyone visiting New York!

I was in town and needed a place to stay last minute and this was just what I needed. The host was responsive and very accommodating. The place was neat and had everything. I’d definitely stay again when I’m back in Newark.

Great stay for our group of 9! We stayed 4 nights and found the rooms compact but sufficient since we were out exploring NYC most of the time. Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided an extra house key when our group split up and allowed us to use the washer and dryer (including detergent), even though it was initially blocked off. The dryer wasn’t working properly due to a clogged vent, which we partially cleared and reported — Emmanuel appreciated the heads-up and said it would be fixed. Check-in/out was smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group, and though we didn’t use the cute backyard due to rain and being out, it was a nice touch. The only downside was that the floors were a bit dusty on arrival. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked really well for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

The view is truly breathtaking. It is a haven to relax. Unfortunately, the bus connection to the city is very unreliable and you have to take the route via Light Rail and Path to get to NYC. It's a time-consuming process. Otherwise everything's great.

It’s honestly a great place to stay. The only issue is parking. Definitely gotta make time and plan that out . Other then that perfect stay 👌

This stay was great in location and inside. It was comfy and clean. No issues at all throughout the stay and practical location.

Your best bet to explore NY. We happened to spend a long weekend and found Alex’s place just perfect. Its location is amazing, within walking distance to Central Park, many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the public transport. The room and bed were comfy, and the flat super well equipped which allowed us to cook breakfast and meals. The host was most gracious, instructions were always clear and allowed us to store our bags so we could take advantage of our time in the city. 100% recommended!

I highly recommend Lee's place. It is exactly how it looks in the photos, everything is very clean. The bed is super comfy and it's quiet at night so great for a good night's rest after walking around all day! The outside space is perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning and glass of wine in the evening after a long day. Lee is great for recommendations and is on hand to answer any questions you have. We had a late flight and Lee kindly let us leave our luggage until we were ready to go. I really enjoyed my stay here, thanks so much Lee ☺️

Eleonora’s place? Absolutely perfect. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn— quiet, clean, spacious, and full of charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden is a peaceful little oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. There’s so much to explore in the neighborhood, and Eleonora and Ben were the perfect hosts: friendly, responsive, and full of fantastic local recommendations. We were in town for a two-day music event, so our time was limited—but thanks to their great advice, we made the most of it. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!
