The Studio, Kilmington

Homely private studio room with ensuite, sitting area and kitchen. This lovely bright room above our detached double garage is separate to the main house giving greater privacy and relaxation. We will provide tea and coffee amenities, breakfast items and fresh linen. The property is set in the sought after village of Kimington in East Devon on the border of Dorset. The village itself has two pubs, a garage and Miller's Farm Shop. It also backs onto Shute woods with numerous walking trails.

It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Valley View is a superior spacious, clean and modern barn conversion, with vaulted ceilings, oak floors and large glass doors opening onto the private patio and lawned area - bringing the outdoors indoors in nice weather and providing far reaching views of the countryside and 'Yarty' valley. The lounge, dining area and well-equipped modern kitchen are open plan and provide lots of space. The ensuite bedroom has a comfy super-king bed and adjoining large walk-in shower room.
