We absolutely loved our stay for the marathon! We found the flat to be very spacious for 4 of us and David clearly went above and beyond to think of any little extra you might need. The location is great and very central while feeling quieter and away from the hustle and bustle. We couldn’t get over the view of the castle! Would definitely reccomend

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Elizabeth! Elizabeth und ihr Mann sind äußerst freundliche Gastgeber. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps und Hinweise gegeben. Das Apartment ist unglaublich toll ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und idyllisch. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Nochmals vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

I wish we could give more stars. Honestly spectacular in all ways. Perfect for a family trip extremely comfortable accommodations with enough to do we were busy hiking and exploring the gardens and forests and the palace itself. The town is just 2 miles away with great food and shops. So much to do outdoors. Truly spectacular.

We stayed at Danny’s for a few days with our toddler. We were amazed with the space when we first walked through the door, it was much bigger than we expected! We felt at home straight away and our toddler loved the gorilla statues 😂 It was a great base for us taking car trips to various places. My partner thought it was great being able to walk into town in the evening, only a 10 min walk. We would definitely stay again, it’s such a lovely place & Danny was a great host.

We will certainly stay here again when we come back. The location was perfect. Easy access to everything. Inside, it was a beautiful apartment. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Chris and Sarah’s place is easily one of the finest Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The place has everything you needed and more! (Thank you for the Scottish Shortbread biscuits). The panoramic views are breathtaking, our only regret is not having more time to have a cup of tea at the front yard. Above all, Chris and Sarah’s warmth made us feel instantly at home. Their hospitality set a new standard for us, and we’ll be recommending their getaway to any friends traveling to this part of the world!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Martin's place. Martin is a great host, very friendly and helpful. He spend enough time to show us around the flat and cover everything we might need. The location just off Grassmarket is excellent for someone wanting to experience Edinburgh as it is very close to the Castle, Old Town, Princes Street and the Meadows. At the same time it was very quiet even while being that central. We'd definitely recommend and look to return.

What a wonderful weekend! The house was just lovely, ideal for us 2 families. we had a wedding nearby, the house had great space, lots of mirrors, hooks for clothes, storage was great and the kids loved their bunk beds! It was a short and sweet visit but really hope to come back, the house had everything we needed and more. Thanks so much for hosting us!

La promesse de la vue était fabuleuse et nous avons pas été déçus. Si vous recherchez un endroit paisible et isolé, c’est l’endroit parfait. Il n’est pas parfaitement placé si vous cherchez les endroits touristiques à visiter mais le lieu se suffit à lui même pour quelques nuits et il est parfait pour se reposer et profiter du calme. Les chambres et pièces de vie sont très belles et bien décorées. Merci de mettre une belle maison comme ça à disposition.

Such a comfortable cottage, suited for all weathers. We sat out in the backyard, enjoying the sun and then plenty of games to play when the weather changed, as it does in Scotland. Having the Co-op opposite was extremely handy and parking was never an issue. An ideal place to tour the surrounding area and enjoy Callander’s shops and restaurants. Thankyou Meg

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! The house was absolutely perfect, peaceful, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had such a relaxing time, and the surroundings were so serene. As expected in Scotland, the midges were definitely about, but our lovely host Angela recommended using Smidge, and it worked a treat! Angela was brilliant throughout, so helpful, responsive, and accommodating to all our needs and questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay. 100% recommend and would love to return!

Laura's place was beautiful better than expected. we went to vist family but couldn't stay with them. It was close to them so that was great we had an amazing visit to Glasgow/Scotland definitely made better with the beautiful place to stay. This is a lovely and spacious cottage with an amazing location! The small village is very relaxing and quiet, just what we were looking for. There are so many different types of landscapes to hike around very close by, marshes, lakes, forests, rocky mountains, heather fields, grassy pastures... The house has A Lot of helpful maps and brochures to pick the perfect route (with options for all abilities) if you have not come prepared. The location is very convenient as in 15-20 min you can reach the main motorway that cuts through the Highlands. It's only a bit more than an hour away from Inverness and about two hours away from Glencoe. Though with the national park at your doorstep you are already spoiled for choice and don't need to go far to enjoy some of the best landscapes in Scotland. Bridie was attentive and easy-going. She provided clear instructions and a lot of suggestions for local activities and amenities. We wish we could live in the cottage forever 😊

Excellent stay at the Wee Lang, perfect location for our visit to the area. The flat was comfortable and well appointed. Close to all amenities and a fabulous restaurant/bar across the road. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you.

My wife and I were initially attracted by the view over the Firth of Clyde. The apartment was very comfortable and cosy and not lacking in space. In spite of being on the main road, it is set back and the bedroom is to the rear, so very peaceful with a view over the back garden. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with more than a few basics to get you started. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Patricia is a great host.

Wonderful seafront apartment with amazing views, just as described. Very clean, well appointed and central to everything in Oban. Hope to return one day!

We had a wonderful stay at Kayt & David’s place! It was absolutely spotless and so well stocked with anything and everything we could have needed for the weekend, including some really thoughtful touches like croissants, milk and the famous Tunnocks tea cakes! The views over the garden and hills were gorgeous. It was so easy to find and access when we arrived, parking was available right outside on the street and there is a cute pub with some great food right across the street. The bathroom and kitchen were in fantastic condition and supplied with everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of instructions around the place so we were never stuck working out what to do with appliances etc. We had a brilliant time and hope to return one day!

We had a great stay at this flat – perfect for two people. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the train station, the square, pubs, and a nice selection of restaurants. The flat itself is very clean, well-organised, and thoughtfully set up with everything you might need. It was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Helensburgh and the surrounding area. While it’s perfectly ideal for a holiday, it may be less suited for working remotely due to the unreliable Wi-Fi. Would definitely recommend!

We were very lucky to book Mark’s apartment — it’s beautifully designed, perfectly located, and full of thoughtful touches. Everything about it was great. Right across the street, there’s a lovely café with sandwiches, and in the same building as the apartment, there’s a charming local pub. Just around the corner is a great breakfast spot (Riverhill), and there are also several shops nearby. The waterfront is just a 5-minute walk away. The only small downside is that there’s no dedicated parking spot, but we easily found parking a little further from the apartment every day. Highly recommended — you’ll have a wonderful time in this lovely place!
