Dunfanaghy - Sea Views- in village - parking

We had an amazing January retreat in this beautiful home. We were anxious about travelling in the storm but Gillian went out of her way to try to help and accommodate us. The views from the house are spectacular, especially with the fire on in the stormy weather. The ultimate cosy experience and we will definitely be back.

Had a fabulous few day at Siobhan apartment, everything you need for a few days away, and the views are spectacular.. Siobhan & Douglas were wonderful hosts, very helpful with anything we needed and even kept an eye on our little dog, while we were at a wedding so we didn’t need to keep popping back, and could relax.. thank you both again, and hopefully we will be back as the beach & the area is lovely x

'Silver Rock' - Dunfanaghy

Jonny’s lovely home is located in a beautiful beach town that is close to and perfect for hiking Glenveagh National Park and Ards Forest. The home feels private and secluded, yet conveniently situated in a small neighborhood set off from the main road. The modern, spacious layout allowed for an open plan feeling but separate areas for various activities, making the house perfect for a family or couple. The clean, cozy decor made the home feel like you were staying with family vs a rental property. We loved the HUGE kitchen and fridge which allowed us to store and cook a week’s worth of meals. The large living room area was great for morning exercising and/or yoga. Having a washer and dryer (many airbnbs in Ireland do not have dryers) was a Godsend! Jonny is a kind, helpful, and responsive host. Again, it felt like we were staying with a generous family friend who looked after us well! Don’t miss the Rusty Oven pizza and Dunnes in Letterkenny for groceries. Dunfanaghy is beautiful!
An aerial view of a bungalow surrounded by green lawns and gravel pathways, set against a backdrop of hills and the Atlantic Ocean. The neighborhood features a blend of residential homes, fields, and the coastline, presenting a serene landscape typical of the Donegal region.

Comfortable cottage in beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed our stay-thank you Laura!
A wide sandy beach stretches into the distance, framed by gentle dunes. Fluffy clouds drift across a bright sky, with the sun shining down, creating a serene atmosphere. Footprints are visible in the sand, leading towards the water's edge.

Alan’s house was so homely and really clean/tidy. It was the perfect location, just a short walk from the town. Alan was also really friendly and responsive, very helpful with any questions we had before going, while also sending through clear instructions and recommendations throughout the whole booking. Would definitely stay there again.

The Rock

The house was perfect for what we needed. It was bright, airy and had a sense of space. There were a few really smart things i.e. the drying rack. Access to the beach was great.
