The place is very beautiful and Amir and his family are very nice and the villa was beautiful and clean and its location is beautiful

The house is small but nice. Definitely great for two people. Large garden with terrace, swing, loungers and hot tub. The area is very quiet. You should have a car. Small supermarket in 2 minutes by car and a large one in 15 minutes. You can get to the lake in 15 minutes, where you can relax very well. And many sights, as well as Zadar, can be reached in 30-60 minutes. There is a lot of equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. All in all, a nice place.

Very nicely furnished, super hospitable and helpful, there is nothing in the surrounding area, much can be reached in 10-15 min drive, house is very small (looks much larger in the pictures) and the sleeping options not very pleasant, information about the location was not correct

Small accommodation located by the path to enter in 10 and 35min walk from the 2 entrances to Paklenica Park and also located on mountain bike trails. This little stone house is of crazy charm and carefully renovated all with a nice touch of decoration especially on the magnificent terrace. 2 small bedrooms ideal for a family with 2 children. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, it lacks nothing. Probably very pleasant in summer by the freshness of the stones in hot weather. Shower with pressure and parking space under the trees. Noted that the house is in a small town under renovation of a small dozen stone houses of which already 5/6 are renovated. The city is located 400m away, enough to swim 15min walk and a sufficient supermarket for the holidays 5 minutes by car all 15 minutes from the highway. A perfect place to stay for hikers of a few days or several weeks.

Marija greeted us personally and showed us everything. When we arrived, everything we needed was there. She even provided food 🥰 We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay very much!☺️ Through the surrounding wall, we could let our dog run freely and even found a few turtles in the wonderful garden :) We dealt with the many possibilities in and around the house. We have designed the evenings as barbecue, pizza, hot tub or game evenings. ✨ For further activities, a car is definitely useful so that the numerous beaches, national parks, restaurants and shopping can be reached :) We had very nice and friendly contact with Marija, who helped us with any questions and can highly recommend her house! ☺️ Thank you, Marija🫶🏻

What a wonderful, isolated, and peaceful home. I wanted to stay in a spot that felt like authentic Croatia instead of a typical tourist hotel and this was a wonderful choice. The home is located in the midst of the forest, surrounding the home are farms and orchards. There are very few other homes in the vicinity. The house is well kept and clean. The owner was very helpful and friendly, I felt happy we used them. Her brother showed us around the property and even left us a loaf of bread and a plate full of tasty cured meats and cheeses to enjoy. It was an excellent touch. The pool was clean and warm, we had a here of sheep great is the next morning and the night after were surrounded by grazing cows. The kids enjoyed this stay more than any other we’ve had. I did not want to leave at check out. I would totally recommend this place.

Wow! Absolutely beautiful spot with fantastic views across the water and surrounding area. We were fortunate to have the top apartment with a great balcony that we used a lot. The apartment was REALLY nice with lots of space, comfortable bed and a great bathroom. We felt very welcomed by Ulrike and her son Jan and anything we needed we just needed to ask. We were even able to check out later and Marika made a point to let us know to just take our time. The house is set a little back so it is very quiet and private surrounded by a huge and beautiful garden. It is just 2 minutes to walk to the beach area which is small pebbles as with most beaches in Croatia so definitely bring water shoes. Clean, clear water. Having a car is essential here and there is plenty of parking on the property. It is an excellent location to go to Plitvice Lakes as well as Zadar. We also did a really fun half day canoing trip just 30 minutes away on the Zrmanja River. BEST place to stay EVER!!

It was awesome! We always had the opportunity to ask for anything. Marija is such a kind person and helped us out. We are sure to come back at some point!
