I offer my stylish 80 m² old building apartment with plank flooring, stucco, fireplace, large balcony and modern kitchen for short and long term rental. A 1.60 x 2.00 bed and the large couch offer sleeping places for 3 people. A new kitchen with modern appliances is available. The Thermomix and all other utensils may be used. There is a washing machine halfway up the stairs. The balcony with lounge furniture is quietly located to the courtyard. Bicycles can be stored in the basement.

Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, It is very central, 10 minutes' walk to the water, 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful promenade Holtenauer Straße with its numerous owner-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace with sun in the afternoon, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not completely barrier-free!

It takes about 15 min. by car to get to the beach. Apartment very close to the apartment The bus goes directly there for about 15-25 min. By car approx. 10 min.

Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Our maritime furnished apartment, about 30 m² plus terrace, is located in Eckernförde. The center and Borbyer beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers will feel at home with us. The apartment is equipped with a very high quality and comfortable foldaway bed (1.60 x 2 m). The coffee maker has been replaced by a fully automatic coffee machine. There are sufficient coffee beans in the apartment.

The newly renovated apartment is located in a two-family house in a quiet side street and offers 80 m² of space for relaxing days. The south-facing terrace and the sunny garden belonging to the apartment invite you to have breakfast, barbecue, play and relax. A car parking lot is located on the property. If necessary, you are welcome to smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden, but it is prohibited to smoke in the apartment!

It's a 2 room apartment on 42 m2. There are 1 bedroom with double bed and TV, living room with a large sofa bed and TV, small hallway, small bathroom with shower and kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Delonghi fully automatic machine.
