Peter is an excellent host! The property is beautiful and location is perfect with great views. We had an excellent time and Peter was very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. I recommend you book a stay when in the Leogang area!

Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We especially liked the personalized welcome board.

Alexandra's accommodation with her family is great. We visited the Zillertal region by car and had our two e-mountain bikes with us. The place is in a great location and offers guests everything they need, the hosts are attentive and very friendly. All inquiries were answered in a short time. For the e-bikes, there is a lockable storage room incl. Charging option which is very convenient. For cyclists, the Zillertal is a paradise, the bike paths are super developed, you hardly move on highways. Great bike tours are offered on the web, depending on the level of difficulty and duration. What can I say, top location, the mountain is calling. I'm sure we'll come back here, we loved it. For me, as a host on AIRBNB, it's also nice to see how it works as a guest when you book. Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very delicious. The apartment is within walking distance of shops serving everyday needs, and it is also not far to the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground garage is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you did not hear anything. The bedroom is in the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation at Lake Tegernsee, you are in the right hands with Nicci.

Jasmin’s place was cosy and well-suited for our stay. The living room and kitchen were spacious, with plenty of cutlery and dishes provided. The location was peaceful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere, and free parking nearby was very convenient. Jasmin was helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay. Her instructions were clear and informative, which made everything run smoothly. Final cleaning was handled by the host, and check-out was simple—just required washing the dishes and taking out the trash. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and we’d be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, there was everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The village shop and village cafe are a 2-minute walk away. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

Very nice place to stay, extremely central but a little off the beaten track. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with an open fireplace. Kitchen perfectly furnished. Nothing to be desired. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Perfect!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy. In the morning, have a delicious coffee on the patio while you hear the bees buzz and cow bells ring. It was so quiet and slowing down. You have to be aware that you have to drive relatively much to be able to do different activities, but that is out of proportion to the tranquility you get with the apartment. We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).

We had a great holiday here! You immediately feel at home and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the right starting point for us for many excursions in the area and you will find everything you need there as well as many nice restaurants. We spent 3 days in this beautiful house and had a great Family time. The house was very clean and is equipped with everything needed. We highly recommend - only missing point was the WiFi

We had an extended stay with the family (4adults). The place which is the entire second floor of a very large chalet is furnished and tastefully equipped, nothing is missing, even the welcome bottle! We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. We recommend and will be happy to come back if we can. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.
