We had a wonderful stay here! It was very close to everything we wanted to do and their hospitality was phenomenal. We hope to come back and stay again sometime!

It fit our needs perfectly. Sonya and Chris were both warm and welcoming and strived to make sure our needs were met. There was one glitch with washer/dryer but they made sure we still had the ability to use theirs. Very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. A pillow is often too big, these were just right. Having a granddaughter nearby, we hope it is available for future visits. A great two weeks.

Felt right at home! I loved the location, within a 10 min walking distance to coffee and food! 5 min driving distance to Channelside and Harbour Island. The place itself was perfect for me, was super clean and had waters for me in the fridge. A beautiful spot that I would definitely stay in again!

We felt at home-didn’t need anything extra-that had taken care of the details including every kitchen utensil/ item you would need. Ryan was great with communication and asked in advance if we had any needs. Such a peaceful property right on the river. We enjoyed the pool most afternoons-refreshing! Central location too! We will be visiting again for sure!

I stayed at Karens place for about a week while working and visiting family. It was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Check in very easy with the button lock box, and located nearby Walsingham park is good for walks and quiet views. Karen was really responsive with communication. Would happily stay here again. A+

What a blessing! We really loved this cute beachy nest. It was so nice how the beach, as well as, a cute little market/restaurant was within walking distance! Their communication was super fast! They came over to help me with a stove issue almost instantly! We also had a friend show up at the last minute who needed a place to stay and they were so welcoming. We will definitely be back! Great place in a great location. Fully furnished kitchen. Walk to coffee shops. Close to downtown. Laundry on premises but if you need to do laundry, bring quarters.

Perfect location in the heart of Tampa; it was close to everything we had planned. The room was clean and cute. Coffee was perfect every morning! Very worth the value!!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend escape to Tampa. The space was sparkling clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what I needed to unwind. The location is ideal: right near the Riverwalk, with beautiful views and easy access to downtown, great food, and the art museum (which I highly recommend!). The host was communicative and thoughtful, with clear instructions and great local tips. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Quiet at night, cozy bed, fast WiFi—everything worked like a charm. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

Rasheem and Veronica were wonderful. They made us feel right at home. The place was clean and comfortable. An amazing place to relax after a long days work. They made traveling for work a lot less stressful for both me and my employee. Thank you for your hospitality.

very quiet and peaceful neighborhood located in beautiful temple terrace, a lovely riverside park within walking distance with plenty to see and do. the space was so clean and cute, i felt right at home. thank you for helping make my little adventure even more special. :)

This cabana had everything we needed for our short stay. It was located so close to everything, very convenient. It was very clean and the bed was super comfy! Pam was very responsive to all communication with us.

This is a beautiful little place in an amazing area of Tampa. Very cute decor, and everything was spotless. The a/c runs icy cold and everything works perfectly. We didn’t spend much time in the little outdoor area due to it being June in Florida, but that was very cute and cozy, as well. I saw one reviewer say the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way, but this isn’t true. It’s sort of an “accordion” style door that slides open and closed, but the edge of the door does sit securely in the frame, allowing it to close just fine. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was wonderful. The layout was great and had all the amenities needed for a beach vacation. Loren was a very attentive host and responded to my questions quickly. This is a great place to stay for a family.

What a lovely stay. Booked last minute when we decided to travel with our 3 dogs on a whim. This was the first time we tried bringing our dogs to an AirBnB, and I was nervous about them being an inconvenience, especially knowing that other “pet friendly” rentals can be a real stickler. But we had nothing to worry about - the space and Jairo’s hosting style made everything a breeze. The whole floor is tiled so it was very pet friendly. And when I messaged Jairo to tell him we’d be arriving late with animals and would try to be quiet, he just said no worries and to drive safe. The space was immaculate, and extremely private for a guest house with a shared wall. Private entry, patio, and parking space made for easy in and out with dogs, and the lake right across the street made bathroom breaks a breeze. Jairo included really nice touches with snacks, cold drinks, household items, and toiletries … the toothbrush kit saved my life! He is very accommodating, with quick communication. Loved

This was my first stay in an Air BNB and I can truly say it was wonderful from the reservation until my departure. Ludi was a great host.I will definitely use her again.

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay wonderful. The location is private and quiet. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. The home is spotless and has all the amenities and supplies you need for your stay. And for those that work remotely like me the wifi is fast and the router/modem is easily accessible for hard-wiring. If I come back into town this would be my go-to place.

I was in Tampa for the Metallica concert and found this place to be close enough to the venue. Nicole’s property is beautiful, cozy and private. Perfect place for two. Great neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Next time I’m in Tampa and need a place to stay I’ll be coming back here! Great place

Great host! Spent the weekend with my wife and 10 month old as a little getaway for my birthday/Father's Day. Would recommend highly with lots to do in this area and close to everything you need!

This was a great place to stay and the area is nice and quiet. Everything within the house was easy to access and it’s even more spacious than we anticipated. I would definitely come back for another visit.
